LOCATION: This truly is a 'car optional' property. If you do bring a car though, your rental includes 1 Complimentary reserved covered parking spot in the attached parking garage. This is also a secured access building for residents and guests. Your access card will make it simple to park your car & walk right into the hallway that leads directly to your home away from home. We even provide a rolling cart to make unloading simple. There is also a $1 shuttle from the airport that drops off a few blocks from this loft.

There is a convenience store in the 1st floor of the building for snacks, basic groceries, forgotten necessities and an ATM machine. In addition, numerous restaurants, shops and grocery stores deliver to this building if you don't feel like going out. This is a great location and a great home for those who want to explore Downtown Austin – you can be a part of it all! However, since this is right on 6th Street, you will hear the music from the restaurants and music venues below. The Austin Visitor's Center is 1/2 block away if you have any questions during your visit, and we also provide a welcome packet with a few suggestions of our own.
