Our Guests' Comfort is Very Important to Us: The villa was constructed with the highest standards and professionally decorated . The bedrooms are large with ample closet space and all have sea or pool view. Beds have memory foam mattresses and are extremely comfortable. Bathrooms are very clean and modern. The main living area and all bedrooms are provided with air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans. The villa's windows and doors are covered with special screens that not only keep mosquitoes and bugs out but cut the heat by as much as 90% (keeping electricity costs lower) and the property is fenced and gated for additional privacy, Access to a private beach within a 5 minute walking distance. Public transportation from your front door. Off-street parking space for one vehicle provided. There are unbelievable sea views from the entire property.

Owners are a Turkish and American couple who lived in the United States for over 30 years before moving to Turkey in 2007. The interiors of the villa reflect their many years of remodelling and decorating experience. Owners love meeting new people from all over the world and welcome you to share their beautiful villa.

This property really is unique. You'll find many 'extras' that most other rental properties in the area do not have, like special sun screens on all doors and windows (keeping bugs and heat out), large stainless steel gas grill, sunny spots, as well as shady spots to sit and enjoy the lush, tropical garden with its private pool and beautiful interiors that will make you feel like home. The sunsets from the terrace are amazing!

Gundogan, Bodrum Peninsula, Turkey, Europe (Three Hearts Villa is Located in the Quiet Town of Gundogan) -- Gündogan... Situated between Yalikavak and Turkbuku and a mere 18 km from central Bodrum, Gundogan is one of the least known and quietest holiday resorts on the peninsula. Villa is only a 5 minute walk to the closest beach. Gundogan (in English) means `the Sunrise` and is famous for its rock formations. If you look at these rock formations carefully, with a little imagination thrown in, you may see the wild animals of the ancient zoo carved in stone. The village itself is small and calm with clean and enjoyable beaches and charming cafes and restaurants providing local food and authentic ambiance. Nature lovers will appreciate the chance to explore the surrounding countryside and wind-surfers will love the famous breeze in the bay.

Other Activities: swimming, snorkeling, jet skiing, shopping, boating, parasailing, rock climbing. One of the area's daily boat trips is a must!

We would just like to thank you again for such a lovely holiday and your wonderful hospitality.
We all loved our stay at the villa and it all left us with great impressions of our first ever trip to Turkey.

Three Hearts Villa was everything that we hoped to expect and more.
Sandy and Reha are so welcoming and will go out of their way to help you should you need it.
The Villa is as wonderful if not better than the website shows. The Villa is very spacious, clean and well maintained.
The outside areas are a delight and all areas enjoy privacy which I personally feel is important. The pool is great too!
It is simply a beautiful villa run by wonderful people in an outstanding setting.

Had a great stay in the fall. The house is everything the description says and more. I can offer no negatives, only positives. We staid there after 5 weeks of travels in Europe and Turkey - we needed some R&R - and we got it. The beauty of the area and the home cannot be overstated. The view? Everyone is envious. Relaxing in the hammock next to the pool under the banana tree with a pleasant breeze quietly contemplating the Universe. What could be better? Very comfortable, very quiet, very well decorated and furnished. I chose the Three Hearts Villa after an extensive search both in Turkey and in Greece. Result - am I a great chooser, or what! Sande and Altug are the best of hosts. Very friendly and helpful. If you need some advise or help - Sande will provide it. Do yourself a favor. See western Turkey, go to Bodrum, stay at the Three Hearts Villa - then pat yourself on the back for being so smart.

I'm not even sure which words to choose to review this most spectacular villa with views of the Aegean Sea that are never ending. The people who own it are helpful and most importantly very honest. The photos that you see do not do it justice it is actually much better and as anyone looking at the pictures can see it really is fabulous. The area is safe and the people are wonderful. I would return in minute and both my husband and myself are quite sure we will. The villa is gorgeous and clean and has everything you need and more to enjoy your home away from home.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

I cannot say enough about this beautiful villa. It was wonderfully clean and private, with a sparkling pool maintained daily. The amenities are much more than you would normally expect from a vacation rental. The windows are all have sunscreens/bugscreens which are almost never found in other rentals in the area. The kitchen was fully outfitted with everything one might need to make a meal. They even included things like paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, beach towels, tea, sugar, etc. so that it was not necessary to make an immediate trip to the store. The view from the veranda is so wonderful that we wanted to spend all of out time there. However when the afternoon sun got too hot, we would retire to the side of the house where we could sit in the shade of the olive tree and enjoy the beautiful view of the pool and the garden. It seemed that there was always a refreshing breeze from the sea.
We had school age children with us and they loved the experience so much, they are already asking when we can go again. Their favorite places were the pool and the nearby beach. They also enjoyed the day trip and luncheon on a small boat that we hired in Bodrum. Transportation is available and convenient. There are many attractions in Bodrum and the surrounding area and Gundogan is a lovely village with very friendly people, shopping and nice little restaurants.
The hosts were friendly and unobtrusive, but always available by phone, e-mail, or a friendly call from the veranda to provide advice or assistance when needed. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an enjoyable relaxing place to stay in the Bodrum area.

We wish that we could package up the view from the deck and pool area and bring it home, especially the sunsets over Leros and the Aegean. Sande and Reha are gracious hosts, willing to share Charly Migros, their "rescue" Anatolian Shepherd, if that is your choice. We have an 11 year old daughter...! The villa is also very close to Turkbuku, the St Tropez of Turkey, should you choose a more sophisticated lifestyle. We recommend Villa Rustica restaurant in Gundogan. The house is spacious, well equipped and comfortable, but for 9 days we just lived outside. Extemely relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
