This spacious home has 6 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and two 1/2 baths. Entering this house takes you back to the lazy summer days. Many nooks and crannies for relaxing and reading your favorite novel. Enjoy the wrap around screened porch on the hot summer days and nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, lobster pot, etc. Washer and dryer on the premises. The cottage is furnished for your comfort. Other amenities include three televisions and wireless internet. A short walk takes you to Rye's Jenness Beach. Step back in time and have a great vacation! PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS ONLY A SUMMER RENTAL, MAY 1 TO NOVEMBER 1 AS WE ARE NOT INSULATED AND HEAT IS ONLY 2 PROPANE TANKS. WE ARE ONLY BY THE WEEK, NOT BY THE DAY. THANK YOU!

New Hampshire lays claim to only 18 miles of coastline and from this house you can see every one of the 6 public beaches in the state. The Seacoast of New Hampshire is where you will find evening concerts, fireworks, boat cruises, water sports and great lobster meals. Where else can you spend a spectacular summer day on the sands, sandwiched between refreshing Atlantic surf and row after row of accommodations, amusements, boating adventures, restaurants, and shops?

Your neighborhood is quiet and restful, but you can easily find active fun as you walk to the local beach which is less than a mile from the house. Beach access is easy. You can walk to restaurants. The marina with lobsters to cook is a short drive and there are fishing trips and tours of the Isles of Shoal. You will not lack for things to do. Come and have fun!
