The description is right on, but I wouldn’t call this place luxury. The pictures are also a lot nicer than reality. My family and I (10 adults, 6 children) occupied the 3 bedroom unit (middle floor) and the studio (bottom floor) over the Labor Day weekend. The house has a top floor unit but was rented by another party. While the location is great (only a block away from beautiful Venice Beach), Starbucks is so close by, and the owner substantially discounted our rates (thank you!), the house was too personalized and dated – a MAJOR remodel is needed (paint, carpet, appliances, etc.) Other than that, it’s a great space for a big family.
