All reservations are on a first come, first serve basis only.
All linens and towels are provided Sept-May at no extra charge or you are welcome to bring your own. Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend linens and towels are available to rent or you are welcome to bring your own.
Any parties which exceed the noise ordinance or incur a fine will be charged to the renter and taken out of the damage deposit.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 10am – promptly. It is imperative that we be able to check the unit for cleaning, inventory and supplies beginning at 10 AM in order to prepare for the next guest’s arrival. Guests have the option to arrange for a walk-thru before departure, if desired, to mutually assess the condition. A walk-thru should be scheduled at least 2 days ahead of departure time. A WALK THROUGH IS NOT NECESSARY UNLESS RENTER REQUESTS ONE.
Guest agrees to vacate premises by 10 AM or other checkout time designated on the contract. There will be a $50.00 charge for every hour or part thereof held over.
The City of Newport Beach has enacted ordinances concerning parties, loud music, excessive noise and any general disturbance of the peace. Fines under this ordinance can range up to $8000.00 or more for police services. Any fine imposed by the police or city for a disturbance will be charged to the guest, and may delay refund of security deposit until such bills are received. Any valid disturbance reported or violation of this contract can result in immediate forfeiture of the premises upon demand. A Newport Beach City curfew will close the beach at 10:00 pm.
Guest agrees not to sublet unit or to permit unauthorized guests not a part of the original contract to reside at the premises without express permission.
The property owner retains the right to enter the premises with reasonable notice, during reasonable hours, to inspect or exhibit or repair the rental unit as required.
