Located conveniently off of 75, this unit is close to a variety of restaurants, shopping plazas, golfing and the world famous Clam Pass and Vanderbilt beach. From top to bottom this second floor unit has top of the line tile, carpet, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops in the kitchen and master bath, brand new furniture, a screened in patio with comfortable outside furniture and numerous other upgrades. This unit is closely situated next to the heated pool, club house, Jacuzzi, gym, racket ball court and tennis court and is situated in plenty of outside space so you can enjoy the fabulous lake view from surrounding the resort style pool area and community.

The North Naples area is a short distance, approximately 1.5 miles, to the beaches. One of the advantages to the North Naples area is there are three major roadways that lead to the beaches – Immokalee Road, Vanderbilt Beach Road, and Pine Ridge Road. The owners of this 3BR condo were absolutely great and incredibly
Accommodating! The condo was neat as a pin with plenty of room for six adults if needed. The fitness center was good and the tennis court was in excellent shape. And most importantly, the pool and spa were first class and situated in a resort like setting. The Reserve is also very close to I75 for getting around and only 15 minutes or so from beaches and 5th avenue. Bottom line - We would highly recommend this condo!

Condo was furnished quite nicely and very clean. This property is easy to get to since it is close to I-75. The Reserve is somewhere I would rent again. The owners of this unit are very accomodating.
