BOATER'S & FISHERMAN'S DREAM, TROPICAL HIDE-AWAY

Old Naples Apartment Rental Photos and Description

1 Bedrooms, 1 Bathrooms, Sleeps 2 - 3

Newly remodeled downstairs apartment. Lush tropical setting on a large corner lot literally surrounded by water. Only minutes from beautiful downtown Naples, exclusive shops of Fifth Avenue South, Third Street South, and quaint shops of Tin City Market Place. Beautiful Naples Botanical Gardens is only 1.5 mi. away.

Relaxing is easy in this living space as the home is a cozy oasis snuggled within tall Australian Pines. Also, take in wide-open views which overlook palm trees and other Florida native plants. As you can see by the photos, you are surrounded by beautiful natural preserve land and you have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. A boat dock and fish cleaning station on site for your use.

This Oasis awaits you if you are looking for a secluded location only minutes from civilization. Whether you fish or not....whether you boat or not, just come to relax.

Why the Owner Chose Other Olde Naples Properties: Prior to purchasing this property I owned an island house which one could only get to by boat. The moment I saw this property I had to have it! It has that same island feel however much more practical. My friends call it, 'Kate's lil' spot of paradise,' and that it truly is!

AMAZING

  • 5 of 5
This was our fifth vacation in Naples and forth time in a rental property, and this was by far the best. The peaceful location by the creek is superb but still close enough to downtown Naples. The apartment is very clean and as everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Kate, the owner is very welcoming and helpful. There are numerous activities you can do. My husband loved fishing from the dock and managed to catch 9 decent fish, including a couple of Catfish, Sheephead and a nice yellow one even though he had never really fished before. We absolutely loved it here and cannot wait to go back next year.

PARADISE

  • 5 of 5
We are still dreaming... the two weeks at Kate's Place were phantastic! We felt at home in the cozy, well furnished house. The many different places outside are really great. You can enjoy nature relaxed, there are lovely spots in front of the house or go paddeling on the Creek. It is adventure and luxury at the same time! I liked bird-watching, even if I didn't know most of them.
We felt on a exotic island and were only few miles away form Old Naples, the Pier and the wonderful beaches. You can even go shopping by bike, it is so close. Thank you Kate for borrowing the bikes and the canoe. That was great fun!
Everything was very clean and well-maintained. There were even chairs, umbrellas, towels and coolers for the beach! Everything we could have wished, was there.
Kate is a very nice person and wonderful host! She did everything we felt comfortable, including our son (14 years). Thank you for sharing your paradise!
We can really recommend this beautiful location!
We would like to come again some dayI

LITTLE PIECE OF NAPLES PARADISE

  • 5 of 5
We have stayed in Naples many times as we have a friend who lives here however this time we wanted to stay somewhere different and after reading the many positive five star reviews booked Kate's place. We were so glad we did and have to agree with all that has been said by previous travellers. The house is ideal for two people and has everything I mean everything you could possible need for a comfortable stay. Kate is really a wonderful host sharing her space, time and as it turned out her family, Mike her brother was also staying there and he very generously took us out on several boat rides the highlight of our trip! This is not included in the rental we were just lucky!! Kate also lent us her canoe and my husband especially enjoyed paddling up and down the river. The river is the main focal point of the house a ever changing picture, we found it hard to drag ourselves away from it. We sat by it in the morning with our coffee, returned after our beach mornings for lunch, prepared our dinner and then sat with the fire pit by it in the evening for gin and tonic. Naples has changed little since our first visit 10 years ago maybe different shops but basically the same you can guarantee you will get good weather, good food, beautiful clean beaches and relaxation.
Thank you Kate for sharing your space with us hope we can return soon.

CALIFORNIAN

This was a wonderful place to stay, beautiful indoors and out. The apartment was immaculate and well-furnished, and we enjoyed cooking and watching TV when the weather turned cold one day. We also loved the outdoor spaces: decks, the fire pit, the hanging swing, and next time we will want to kayak and go boating/fishing. The bikes were great! Located very conveniently close to downtown Olde Naples, we were able to shop, visit our son, and do some sight-seeing with a minimum of driving. Kate was very welcoming and friendly and we had fun getting to know her! Next time, I will definitely stay here again, and hopefully for a longer period of time. This will go down as one of my all-time favorites!

PARADISE INDEED

  • 5 of 5
After being back home for a couple weeks now, we can't help but look back fondly on our week at Kate's place. From the minute we arrived we knew we had made a great selection for our week in Naples. Mornings drinking coffee on the desk were most relaxing. You get the feeling you are in a secluded paradise but yet minutes to everything Naples has to offer. Kate has outfitted the property with everything a vacationer could want; bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, maps, fishing gear and very comfortable furniture. Oh, and did I mention the key lime pie? We will definately stay again if we're lucky enough to make a return visit to Naples again next year. On a scale of 1 - 10 I give Kate's property an 11!

EXACTLY WHAT WE HOPED FOR!

  • 5 of 5
We fell in love with Kate's Place from the photos online and after reading some of the reviews, felt that it was where we wanted to spend our week in Naples. We were right, we absolutely loved our time there, the location is perfect, just minutes from everything we went to Naples for, yet relaxing and secluded so we could enjoy hours on the lanai or out in the charming, beautifully landscaped and cared for yard. We weren't fortunate enough to see any manatees or dolphins, but enjoyed the birds and boats on the water and fishing from the dock. Kate truly did all she could to make our stay special and it is quite easy to make a stop for some groceries and have everything you need to live there. I can't say enough wonderful things about our visit, see you next year Kate, thanks!
