There is a mooring buoy for your boat and a large, double, paved, private driveway that will easily accommodate 3 or more vehicles plus your boat trailer. The home is 5 minutes away from the marina & boat launch.
The home is air conditioned & living rm., dining area, kitchen & halls have hardwood floors. The living room has leather furniture & a large picture window with a beautiful view of the lake & mountains. The family room has a big comfortable sectional sofa,with a double hideabed, easy chair, coffee table & 42 inch flat screen T.V.
There is room for 8 to dine in our dining area or on our beautiful sunny patio with teak furniture, umbrella & a gas barbecue.
The kitchen has been completely renovated & has a large picture window, all new cabinets & appliances. New refrigerator has ice maker & new range is convection. It is equipped with all the amenities. It has a large island with 4 comfortable bar stools overlooking the lake.
The utility room has washer & dryer& laundry detergent is provided. There is a second fridge for extra beverages & food.
There are 2 bathrooms; #1(newly renovated) has deep soaking tub, shower, toilet & basin, #2 has shower, toilet & basin.
3 bedrooms, all with queen size beds, roomy closets, nightstands with lamps, dressers & fine quality linen & duvets.
