Separate den with large flat screen TV and top quality double sofa/bed. On the other side of the apartment is the master bedroom with queen-size (160X200cm) . Brand new luxury bathroom with tub/shower (hand held) and clothes washer/dryer. Separate WC room with sink. Brand new gourmet kitchen with the latest appliances that give on to a small back flowered terrace . This very Parisian apartment features quality linens, china, and cookware. For your comfort and convenience there are a large flat screen TV, air-conditioning, wireless internet and free calls to the USA.

Transportation to airports: The apartment is located near the Arc de Triomphe- Etoile , so the RER/Métro station is Charles de Gaulle- Etoile. Métro lines; #1, 2, 6, RER A-1.
This gorgeous apartment on the 8th and last floor with it's huge balcony and terrace puts all of Paris around you. Being able to eat out on the terrace was a real treat. The apartment is so beautiful with quality furnishings and decoration with some historical paintings. The beds are brand new and of the highest quality as are the linens and towels. The kitchen is also new and had all the latest appliances and cookware. Having a maid 2/week made it even better! Etoile is right down the street with it's hundred of shops, restaurants, metros, and buses from the airports which made it so convenient and easy to get anywhere easily and quickly. This is truly like a 5 stay hotel but even better !
We spent 6 days in Paris in this amazing apartment. Great location, beautiful views, comfortable and beautiful apartment. Charlotte was a gracious host and very helpful. Can't wait to go back!
We are so glad that a friend recommended looking into Paris apartments instead of hotels. We had 8 days in Charlotte's place and started thinking of it as home. We used the kitchen a lot and it worked well for us. A bottle of wine on the terrace looking out at Sacre-Coeur just feels like authentic Paris. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and working with Betsy and Charlotte was easy, professional, and as-promised. Highly recommended, unless you have young kids.
This apartment is halfway between the Arc de Triomphe and la Tour Eiffel. A couple of blocks to the Champs-Elysees, a couple of blocks to the metro (2 directions), or just a little more to the Seine at Pont de l'Alma or Pont d'Iena. We found a full-service grocery within 2 blocks, a patisserie, and of course, cafes. Activity in the building and on the street is quiet, with some traffic noise, but you are 8 stories above it.
The apartment is as pictured and it is large -- feels large, too. The kitchen and bathroom, doors and windows, are up to date, without taking away from the traditional Paris feel. The terrace is very long and narrow, but wide enough to sit for an afternoon glass of wine or morning breakfast. This has to be one of the tallest residential buildings in central Paris -- the view is high up and wonderful and we grew to love it more as we visited and learned about the different areas of Paris that we could see from our window.
Caveats included the lack of a stand-up shower (the tub was very nice and had a hand-held spray) -- I guess we couldn't leave all of our American preferences behind. And I think it was too early in the season as the air conditioning was not available to us -- most nights the cross-breeze was sufficient, but it did get warm on our last day. The units are there, so make sure you ask. The furniture and decorations are not kid-friendly (under 8 yrs, shall we say) -- sophisticated and perfect for just us.
If you do stay here, a few hints.... try the George V metro stop - easier than Etoile/DeGaulle to get in and out of. The farmer's market is Wednesday and Saturday morning on Av. President Wilson -- spectacular. Internet service at the apartment is excellent. Cell service was good, too (Orange, primarily). Outlets are all grounded - my non-grounded adapters did not work.
So overall - thank you Betsy and Charlotte for providing us our special place to stay for our romantic Paris trip. It was just what we'd hoped for.
Great location, especially with the Wednesday and Saturday farmers' market just down the street. Short walk to Etoile, Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower. Great views. Very comfortable apartment. Owners were a pleasure to work with.
We spent a week in Paris at this wonderfull apartement very well located on Avenue d ena , 5 minutes from the Champs Elysées and 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower .We enjoyed every minute of it and the apartment was exactely as pictured and described and Charlotte the owner was very welcoming and made sure that our stay was pleasant , you will find everything in the nearby streets cafés restaurants , hairdresser, pastery shops....You live for a week like a real parisian in an upscale neighberhood. Betsy took care of the reservation and everything went very smooth .We would definitely stay again in this Apt and we highely recommand it .

It was like staying at the Ritz ! Very elegant everything with a maid 2 times a week, the Champs Elysees right around the corner. Love eating on the back terrace and we couldn't stop looking out at all of Paris beneath us, really a treat.
The apartment is nice but it has not two bedrooms. A sofa can be used for sleeping in the living room. The bathroom has a Bath but no shower screen and the heater doesn't work. In the morning and evening it was quite cold this time of year.
Unfortunately I haven't read the agreement regarding the deposit with EU cheque correctly. Well, that was my mistake.
However, this has nothing to do with our review of the apartment.
