The apartment measures 40 sqm and is located on the ground floor of a typical Paris building on a quiet and safe street, ideally 200m from subway. It sleeps up to 4 people. It has a living room and a fully carpeted bedroom that overlooks the inner courtyard. It has a big separate kitchen and dressing. All the windows are double glazing.

The apartment is equipped with wi-fi connection, Free France USA, Canada and other countries outgoing calls. Computer and printer are available.

This cozy apartment is located in the famous Paris-Left Bank, within easy walking distance (15 min) to the most romantic Paris park Montsouris, close to Montpatrnasse, in the quiet street but situated in animated quarter with a lots of shops, stores, cafes , restaurants, supermarkets, open air market, cinema, etc. This furnished apartment is equipped with Internet ADSL /wi-fi and ideal for short-term stay both for the family and for the couple, either for holiday or business travel. The old city, Notre Dame, Latin district, Champs Elysées are within 20 min on subway. The Parc des Expositions is about 20 min on subway or tram. The RER train from Charles de Gaulle Airport or Orlybus direct from Orly stops at Denfert-Rochereau which is 2 subway stops from Alesia (200 m from apartment). Gare du Nord (Eurostar) and Gare de l’Est (Germany) are on direct subway too.

There is an underground parking (extra-charge) in 100m from the apartment.

Great place at the right price

The property was in lovely condition and provided me just what i was looking for while i was on a business trip. It is located near all the necessities, with easy access to cafes, the metro, shopping and movie theatres. The landlord was also very nice and easy to work with.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

Shabby, overpriced apartment.

This apartment is very shabby and unattractive. If it were half or one third the price it would be farer but still ugly. On the positive side it is in a good area near the Metro and shopping.

While the photographs were accurate for what they showed they left a lot out. The layout is peculiar with the livingroom very small.

The owner was not there and left a housekeeper who did not speak any English and was unfamiliar with the apartment. We had to search for basic items.

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
