Indoor/outdoorPool,Golf,Beach150yds, 1275sqft, new reno,HD TVs

We just spent a week at this condo in October of 2012 with 2 small grandchildren. The condo was just like it was listed in description and photos. It was clean and well maintained. The owner was very good to communicate with me if I needed to ask questions. I would reccommend this property for several reasons. First of all, in October, while the air temp in Hilton Head is warm (70's) the outdoor water temps may be rather chilly but the heated indoor pool was really warm and very clean. The indoor hot tub was very large and also very warm (I have been in some hottubs that were not hot) We were the only family using the indoor pool the whole time we were there. The distance from the condo to the indoor pool was just down the hall, probably a 30 second walk.
The condo was very roomy. It would have slept 8 people easily. The beds were very plush and comfortable. Everything was within close distance to the condo, we only moved our car 1 time for the whole week. The indoor pool was accessed through the interior hallway door of the condo but the ground floor patio access was directly to the parking lot. The patio was very private and covered with an electric grill. The 3 very large flat screen TV's were wonderful because I could watch one while the grandchildren watched one and my husband had his own if we all chose to be seperated. We rented and rode bikes everywhere we went. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need to prepare meals. We love HHI and visit there at least one time every year (sometimes twice) I already know that if we ever travel to HHI in cooler weather I am going to request this condo again to rent. I just hope it is available!!!!

My family of four (including two small children) really enjoyed our time and location in this beautiful and well-appointed condo. The first floor access from patio, to parking lot, to beach, to pools, etc. was perfect for us and made it very easy to get to anything we wanted to do.

The condo itself is beautiful and the remodel really makes you feel like you are on a tropical vacation.

Most importantly, the owners were great and easy to work with and were very quick to respond to questions and the rental process could not have been easier. Also a big thanks for their quick turn around when we arrived to find the A/C not working properly. One phone call had it all cleared up and repaired on a Saturday night within about an hour.

My family already plans to go back to the island, and I'm sure we will consider this location for a return.

I spent a wk with my mom (83) & two older sisters visiting my dgtr. and son-in-law. This unit was well equipped and very clean. The inside was beautifully remodeled and had everything you would need. Great location. The easy patio access was used all week. Thanks Wray & Lisa for use of your wonderful condo!
(Had a minor sink clog, but was taken care of immediately.)
