A group of friends vacationed in Florida quite often and loved the relaxing atmosphere it offers. We decided to buy a home away from home. Southwest Florida is far enough away from the hustle and bustle and yet so close to so much. We stay at the house a few times a year and it is harder to leave each time. Whether you are looking to simply relax in the pool or go out and explore, there is so much to do...minutes from Ft Myers Beach and a short boat ride to Sanibel Island, there is something for everyone. We hope you enjoy our vacation home as much as we do. VIP Properties
There is boat available, waterfront (property is on a quiet canal). My favorite thing do do is wake up early and take a 10 minute bike ride to the pier, grab a coffee and watch the sunrise over the Caloosahatchee River while the baby dolphins make a morning appearance. We also enjoy taking a boat ride and exploring the nearby islands.
