This 4 bed, 2600sq ft home is on the peaceful gated community of Sunset Lakes. The 30ft pool overlooking the lake is north facing with a shaded lanai and hedging affords much privacy from neighbouring pools.

The home offers 2 master suites and 2 twin bedded rooms - ideal for one family needing space or 2 families holidaying together. There is an equipped games room, full free telephone service ( including most international) and an internet PC (with printer) plus wifi for your own laptop/phone. All linen and towels are provided. A cot and high chair are available, at no extra cost, for our smallest guests

An ideal location for your Florida holiday!!: Sunset Lakes is a small, peaceful gated community situated 3 miles south west of Disney World. The community is set around 2 lakes, Villa Hunnypot backing onto the largest of these.The villa is managed by a local family run management company who ensure all of our guests have excellent support and that the villa is cleaned to a high standard. Free Internet access plus free local and most international calls are provided.The pool is north facing but this is often not a bad thing as it guarantees shade to escape the mid-summer heat whilst allowing sunbathing during the winter months. Hedging affords much privacy from neighboring pools.

All pool doors are alarmed for the safety of all guests

A late check out may be possible upon request but this is dependent upon other bookings.

The ground floor accommodation comprises a large, high ceiling Family Room which overlooks the pool area, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and quiet lounge. The second Master Suite, with 2 walk in closets,leads off the Family Room and also overlooks the pool area. The air conditioned Games Room has a PC providing free Internet access, 10 in 1 games table, PS2 plus games, a selection of board games and an ever-growing library. A printer is availble for guests' use.There is a fully equipped utility room.The upper floor has the Master Suite ( with king sized bed) and two twin bedded rooms, one of which is subtly themed for our smaller guests. The Family Room has a TV with digital cable,dvr,sound bar and widi capability. The bedrooms all have tv's with digital cable in the downstairs master suite.An ipad,iphone dock is available for guests to listen to their own music.

There is air conditioning/ heating throughout the villa plus ceiling fans.

The property does have a hotel license which is displayed in the villa. Sunset Lakes is completely finished so there is no building site to disturb your peace and quiet.

For the comfort of our guests the villa operates a no smoking, no pets policy

This is the third place our family has stayed at Sunset Lakes and easily the best. The home was beautiful, many extras are provided, the thermostat was easy to control, a DVR is part of the cable package, and the owners very easy to work with. There are a lot of security features as well. Homes like this on the south side of Sunset Lake don't get a lot of sun on the pool in the winter, but otherwise this is a wonderful place for a family to stay. And the value is outstanding--it was bigger and better than homes we had paid a little more for. We hope to be back in the future.

This is not my first stay, and it definitely will not be my last, the standard is always improving. Every time I arrive, opening the door is like stepping into my home.

The pool is gorgeous, it feels so private and quiet. The bedrooms are fantastic, the master suite is almost the size of my entire flat back at home!!

There really is nothing I can fault about this place, if you're looking for a villa in Florida, this is the perfect choice.

We had a fantastic stay at villa Hunnypot, it was our first experience of booking a villa in Florida, so we would like to thank you for making the booking worry free by your personal contact.
The excellent information pack and other information sent before our departure could not have been better, all of this made our arrival and settling in at the villa very easy and stress free.
Overall the villa and sunset lakes more than exceeded our expectations and our stay left us with so many fantastic memories and enjoyable moments. Such as; when we first arrived the astonished look on my teenage daughters face, amazed by the size of the villa her comments on entering were “Dad this is a Mansion”!

We had a wonderful time at the Villa Hunnypot and it was unboubtedly one of the best family vacations we have ever had. I would like to thank you for making it a wonderful experience to us. I will definitely recommond this vacation home to my friends and famil. My 5 year old daughter loved this home so much, she said "I wish I lived here!!"... and I could not disagree with her :-)

A beautiful holiday home!

What an amazing villa! Our family stayed here for three weeks and this was the best equipped villa we've stayed in when visiting Orlando (our fifth trip). Spotlessly clean and positioned in a lovely quiet spot with beautiful views of the lake. We will definitely be returning for another visit.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
