A beautiful ocean front location with ocean access stairs only feet from the unit.
Low tide swimming lagoons between reefs (and snorkeling)makes this a great spot for family fun.

This two bedroom, one full and a HALF bath, ground floor, corner unit condominium is in a delightful location.

Sleeps 4: I QUEEN room and second room with TWIN beds.

11 feet from the ocean.
Being remarkably close to the ocean, makes this property quite unique!
Enjoy sitting out on your large, tiled lanai sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a romantic dinner with the surf as your back ground music.

Enjoy the local resident turtles as they travel daily along the flat reef a few feet away.
Teak chaise lounge and dining set are awaiting for your ocean front experience!
This quiet location is ideal for those who want to get away from it all. At the same time, it is wonderful for families that want a more natural environment that is less commercial, but has a convenient location.

The two reefs, off shore, are a great snorkeling location & at low tide a shallow lagoon forms, great for younger children(see photo) who love to find crabs, small trapped fish and have fun in the shallow water. A wide, sandy beach is only 200 feet to your right from the access steps or a short walk on the street to the public park. At the park you will find:grassy areas under shade trees and play structures for little tykes.

The condominium was completely remodeled. It is constantly maintained and replenished:linens, furnishings, beach gear, etc. It's a slice of old Hawaii: a quiet, boutique resort with it's classic Maui style and low density population.
A developer/contractor and design team have brought about a design concept that is modern, and has a quiet beauty that reflects the environment. Natural travertine stone floors, sea glass mosaic trim, granite, bamboo cabinets and ceramics. A blend of beachy /tropical decor offers a wonderful ambience with the ocean only feet from you!

Lanai:FULL OCEAN VIEW. tiled and full ocean frontage. Sun blinds on the lanai can be brought down to offer late afternoon shade. Step off the lanai onto the grass and paces beyond that, the seawall, and it's central stairs down to the water. Wonderful surf and beautiful Moloka'i.

The living room: Wall to wall patio slider and louver windows so that you are never without your ocean view or sounds of the surf or watching the sun set. Furnished with a blend of tropical influences and modern clean lines it is the perfect retreat. 48" SMART T.V. for streaming.
Hi speed internet available. A.C /fan combo if desired.
This corner unit has the advantage of the trade cross winds blowing through the open jealousy windows and giving you the total tropical combined ambience of ocean, breezes and ceiling fans.


Dining seating: casual bistro set, situated off from the kitchen. The kitchen granite island also offers more seating. Two teak lounges to relax on whole watching the waves crash!
Lanai dining: round teak table will seat 4

The kitchen: Custom bamboo cabinetry and, island and ocean inspired granite. Stainless appliances, all the utensils, cook ware and dishes you would ever need to make the great ocean front lanai into your private dining room at sun set. Coffee maker, French press, blender, toaster and microwave.
Basic supplies and seasonings, all there to help. BBQ's and a bulk ice machine available on the grounds at the pool area.


The unit sleeps ONLY 4 -The bedrooms: A queen with its dark rattan, highly efficient ceiling fan and louvers. Vanity area, good closet space & plenty of drawers. The twin with its cute bamboo accents, very efficient ceiling fan and louvers. Beds are side by side twins.
Both bedrooms have top down bottom up blinds and louvre windows allowing the breezes through.

Bathrooms: The full bathroom with it's walk-in duel head shower (with granite seat & grab bars for anyone needing extra help) is accented in travertine stone floor, sea glass trim and granite. Vanity drawers & med cabinet to store all your items away. Complimentary shampoo/shower gel and hair dryer. Half bath adds extra convenience.


Beach towels/various chairs/cooler/umbrella/boogie boards are available for your convenience and stored away in a large utility closet.
(ABC Store is next door for snorkel sets and handy items)

The grounds are lush, established and wonderfully tropical. Gated pool with ice and vending machines, handy for the kids. The open air laundry room operates until late evening (10PM) Iron & ironing board supplied in the unit's twin room closet. You will need to save your quarters (or you can download the app for the Wash Systems)

Location, location, location!! 5 minutes drive from Historic Lahaina and The Cannery Mall and wonderful downtown: restaurants, galleries, shops on Front Street. Minutes drive from beautiful Kapalua. Stores, including: a super market in walking(1/10 ml) distance, a farmers market & fish market across from the complex. Other super markets and shopping centers all within a 5-10 minute drive(tip:no need to buy huge amounts at Cosco, if you are only staying a few nights!). Casual restaurants are close by too. An 8 minute walk to the right of the complex takes you to 'The Beach Walk'. This is a public walk way that goes along the dunes and through the large resorts on Ka'anapali beach all the way to Black Rock. On the other side of Black Rock you will find more golden beaches with activities available.

Between December and April the hump backed whales come through on their way to the Pailolo channel. Whales can be seen from the lanai and the LIVING ROOM and it has been reported that calves have been born! Whale watching and boating excursions leave from Lahaina. The double band of reef outside your lanai is habitat to turtles and marine life including rays which glide past. We have resident turtles that you may see each day of your visit!
The reef also breaks up the surf so you can enjoy quieter water for swimming and snorkeling . About two hundred feet up from the condo is a wider, sandy beach with play structures (great for youngsters)grassy areas and shade trees. We don't have a beach right at the water access point, but for most of the day it's a wonderfully convenient way to take a dip and get the kids in the water without any fuss!

Everythign about the stay was perfect. The kitchen was well appointed, the location and voew were AMAZING, and the host was responsive to communication. We would happily stay here again.

Great family condo
Comfortable beds, about as close to the ocean as you can get. Friendly, kind and responsive hosts, nice island decor and higher end finishings/furnishing. Tons of generous extras such as litre bottles of shampoo/conditioner, beach chairs, coolers, sandwich bags, ice pads, cling wrap and foil, plastic storage containers, olive oil and cooking spray, sugar and about a million spices.

Can’t beat the view
Wonderful condo, corner unit, good size. Nice having extra toilet. Views are AMAZING! Could see whales every day breaching and playing. Could have snorkeled and paddle boarded right out from condo but surf was too high most of the time we were there. Beautiful rainbows in morning in front of Molokai. condo is so close to nice restaurants such as Dukes and casual places like The Farmers Market, Papa Ohanas for the best cinnamon roll and Cruisin Cafe for excellent eggs benedict. Right by a grocery store that also sells supplies and liquors with good wine selection. Right ax street from the fish market. Could walk with snorkel gear to Airport beach for excellent snorkeling- about 20 min. About a 45 min walk to Black Rock with excellent snorkeling too. About an hour walk to Hula grill. Can walk almost the whole way on the boardwalk! Close to nice restaurants and beaches in Kapalua. Hosts were very nice and left a wonderful welcome basket of water, coffee, mugs, treats and a pineapple. Hope to come back soon!!!

This is clearly a beloved home - everything you would need to cook, enjoy the beach, play games. I very much appreciated how things were labeled - not only for us to know where things were - but also to realize how well cared for the home is. The bed was very comfortable, shower water pressure great, the panoramic view of the ocean from the living room amazing. Just an absolutely wonderful home to wake up to and come home to. Would highly recommend and hopefully will come back!!

Perfect vacation!
This is an amazing place for a vacation! They are not kidding about being 11 feet from the ocean and it is spectacular!! We were supplied with everything we needed. They keep the condo very clean and comfortable. There is nothing like sleeping to the sound of the ocean and waking to the music of tropical birds. I don’t think there is a better place to stay in Maui! We discovered Miso Phat, for fantastic sushi and Dollie’s Pub and Cafe for terrific pizza. The Fish Market, across the street has wonderful prepared food or very fresh raw fish. A morning walk to Hawaiian Village Coffee is another favorite start to the day. A luxurious condo with such privacy, beautiful grounds that are exceptionally well-maintained, a pool and very nice laundry facilities, while still close to restaurants/shopping is a rare find. We cannot wait to come back!

We were visiting the beautiful island, Maui for a wedding and rented at The Maui Sands. We really enjoyed the location, the low density and the ambience of the Maui Sands resort. While there, we discovered there was a unit for sale & bought it. If you are looking for high rise, impersonal and commercial, this is just the opposite! We are an older two story complex that is right on the water. (It's very rare to be this close) It is quiet and has a local feel that the large high rises can't offer. We really enjoy the non commercial & quiet beauty of this location.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love the ocean & its sound! We are only 11 feet from the surf and it is what we have always wanted. It is an older Maui style building with charm and since we don't go to the ocean to hear hotel/pool noise and looking at other guests' balconies this place is perfect. Seeing the wild life in it's natural habitat is wonderful too. Location is central and close enough to the shops & restaurants for when you need them. The setting is so beautiful you will want to stay home for dinner and the sun sets are amazing!
