Are you looking for a charming, upbeat, fun home in which to enjoy a family vacation or are you looking for a romantic ''get-away?'' Our home is ideal for both situations.

Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood on the wide part of a canal. The heated pool is enclosed and allows one to view and access it from three rooms in the house. This home is private and has sliding doors that open all the way to the screened lanai area. This is a wonderful outdoor space and can be used for family entertainment or to sit back and relax.

Master has king-size bed, marble soaker tub and her & his walk in closets. Comfortably decorated with new furniture, plasma TVs and immaculately clean.

Enjoy beautiful sunsets, a dip in the pool, fishing off your own private boat deck and all the activities that Cape Coral and the surrounding Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Island have to offer. 5 min. away from the Sun Splash Water Park in Cape Coral.

We just enjoyed a wonderful stay at this home. Nick and his wife are very accommodating and great to deal with. The view from the house and the pool of the canal are excellent. The platform at the waters edge is great for relaxing or feeding the turtles and seagulls. From morning coffee by the pool to evenings on the veranda, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. We are looking forward to returning soon. Thanks Nick.

Wonderful Relaxing Holiday

Two of us stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed every moment of it. The owners were a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend this house. We spent many days just relaxing in the pool and had so much fun feeding the turtles from the dock. The house is in a beautiful quiet area and we found it so accessable to shopping, restaurants and a corner store. We look forward to going back as soon as possible.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed this property so much. It was in a great location. It we were going shoping or to the beach it was very easy to get to. My adult children played pool every day. Very nice pool table. The swimming pool was clean and very refreshing. But I think what we liked the most was being on the water. By the end of our nine day stay we had all kinds of animals that we called pets. We feed the turtles, fish, snake bird, and baby ducks. I would recommend this property.

Your house was great and I really appreciatedyour attention to the internet and pool heater.My wife and I loved your hose and it met all our needs. We even had 30 turtles at your dock landing one morning as we fed them cereal. I did not fish, but I did see cat fish from your dock as well.
