Ideally located near the corner of Campbell and River - close to excellent shopping and some of Tucson's best restaurants. Provides easy access to many of Tucson's attractions such as the University of Arizona, hiking in the Catalina mountains and the Sabino Canyon. Complex located on the Rillito River - it's extensive pathway system is ideal of walking, jogging or biking - and is within a short walk to Starbuck's (3 min), Trader Joe's grocery store (5 min) and the Tucson Mall (20 min).

The condo is brand new, very spacious with 10 foot ceilings and is tastefully furnished throughout. It has two balconies - one east facing balcony with a view of the Catalina mountain range that is perfect for your morning coffee - and the other is south facing off of the master bedroom.

The secure pool area has stunning mountain views to the west and includes a beautiful pool, large hot tub, washrooms and shower area.

We had a fantastic time. The condo is perfectly equipped and was great fro the 5 of us, 2 adults and three kids 9, 6 and 5.

Neighbours were so friendly, we made many friends, pool is great for the kids and so well located for riverwalk and shops and restaurants - all in all absolutely perfect. Can't think of a single negative!

This is beautiful, new 2 bedroom condo in an upscale location. We enjoyed the tile floors, very high ceilings and nice bathrooms. We hope to go back next year.

A Great Location in Tucson

The location in Tucson is wonderful. It has easy access no matter which direction you wish to go. You can walk to several restaurants and Trader Joe's. You can walk to the Rillito Trail for biking and walking and jogging. The condo is newly furnished and has everything you need. It is very well equipped. We loved watching the sunrises and sunsets over the mountains from the balcony. Cori & Chris (the owners) were great to work with and Jason, the local manager, took care of any questions we had. We really loved staying here. The parking was great. There is a garage but also plenty of outdoor parking. We couldn't think of one thing that would improve this condo in Tucson. It was very clean which is important to us. It was really great place to spend time in Tucson.

Tip: Eat at Zin Burger a couple blocks away. Go during Happy Hour. It is our favorite place to eat in Tucson.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing
