Beautifully decorated and easily accessible, this home will charm you as much as the city itself does. It is spacious, light, and comfortable. We have off-street parking, a newly remodeled kitchen and a secluded outdoor garden patio.

We love Charleston and live nearby. We are always happy to answer any questions you have about the area and love to make recommendations!
Michelle purchased this house in 2010
Everything is within walking distance - a fantastic up-scale grocery store, great restaurants, historic homes, the market, the College of Charleston, yet it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Had the best time ever. Took another couple with us. Was there during Halloween. Did alot of sightseeing and walking since we were pretty close to everything. The condo was great as usual. Beds were very comfortable. Wished we would have checked the brand before we left. Such a peaceful area. This was out 2nd time there and will definitely keep it in mind if we get back there in the future.
We had an amazing time at this property. We stayed for one week with another couple. We had a car so we were able to drive out to see plantations, go kayaking and go hiking on Bull's Island. The home is beautiful and authentic and is in a prime location for walking to most locations within central Charleston. We had several nights where we cooked at home which was easy since the kitchen has what you need in terms of cooking. The area was safe, quiet and the home was well maintained. The owners were accessible when we had a question. I would recommend this home for any period of time and look forward to a future stay!
This property is fantastic.... location, multiple bath rooms, two separate bedrooms and a full kitchen. The bedrooms are inline but separated by doors for privacy. Central A/C, private parking and a pet friendly backyard are a real plus in Charleston.
The apartment is the bottom half of an old Charleston house. The upstairs residents are quiet and respectful of the downstairs renters. We only heard them once at night during our 5 night stay.
The location is close to food and wine stores, close to Market street and restaurants ( 5 minute walk to Magnolia's) and close to both tourist & prime shopping.
I would certainly stay in this house again and enjoy every minute of Charleston.
Three high school girl friends, now 50+ years old, spent an amazing weekend in Charleston. The property is even nicer than the pictures show. The location was so perfect for walking to all the historic sites, shopping and restaurants. I looked through 15-20 listings before settling on this one and it did not disappoint us in any way. Michelle was wonderful to work with.
This was our 2nd time spending a month at VRBO #329128 and, once again, we found it to be a great rental. The condo is in the heart of Charleston's historic district, close to excellent restaurants, shopping, and a very good supermarket. Plus, it had the added benefit of off-street parking. The home is spacious and well-equipped, and the owners are very responsive and helpful. We recommend it highly.
This was the perfect place to stay for me, my partner, my parents and two small doggies. We had two cars and there was room for them to park tandem, one in front of the other, next to the house. We didn't need our cars though because everything is so close by that we could walk everywhere around downtown Charleston and we did. The only time we used the car was to drive to the beaches. The house was decorated for Christmas which was a very nice touch and the house was bigger than it looks in the photos here. Not only that, I expected just one full bath, but there is a half bath as well AND a large backyard with a nice outside porch with a bistro table. The home is beautifully appointed and I highly recommend it. The kitchen is gorgeous with great appliances with everything you could need. It's much more cost efficient and comfortable than any hotel!
