There are spectacular mountain views in this private walled and gated community close to great restaurants, the polo grounds, several public and private golf courses and, of course, shopping. Costco is just a mile away and the famed La Quinta Farmers Market every Sunday in the Old Town is a 5 minute drive. The home has soaring and coffered ceilings throughout and fireplaces in both the great room and outdoor patio. The lavish master suite has an oversized soaking tub, dual sinks and vanities and a walk-in shower. The owners love to come to the desert whenever time permits and for this reason, they paid attention to details usually reserved for an owner-occupied property but seldom seen in rentals. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with everything including a Belgian waffle iron. Nothing is missing in this kitchen. All of the rooms have flat-screen TV's with upgraded cable packages.
