Newly built 4,000 sf hillside home with fantastic views of Lakes Winnisquam, Ossipee Mountains and beyond. Can sleep 8-10 people comfortably with its 3 large bedrooms on the first level, family room and a full bath. The second level offers a large living room with 52' plasma TV over a beautiful gas fireplace. Large open kitchen and dining room as well as breakfast bar with lots of granite. Large 32* 16 rear deck with a large stainless steel grill overlooking lakes and mountains. The third level is a Master suite get-a-way. Over looking the lakes and mountains, it has a sitting

area, fireplace, 52' plasma TV, large walk in closets, and a large master bath with a jacuzzi tub, separate walk in shower with body sprays and rain shower head to help you relax your stress away. Just 10 mins from I-93, outlet shopping, restaurants, beaches, mountains, hiking, golfing,, skiingand more.

We have a nine hole golf course within walking distance approximately 1/4 mile up the road. Also there is an 18 hole course approximately 3 miles away.
