Island style cottage just south of Hope Town. The cottage is located on a ridge with beautiful Bahamian foliage, making it very private and secluded. The location of the house offers beautiful views of the beachfront and Atlantic Ocean. On the backside, the property has a private dock, perfect for a rental boat. The main house is a small efficiency cottage with A/C in the living area and a futon double bed, full kitchen and bath room. A separate traditional Bahamian sleep house has large screened windows on all sides allowing for the ocean breeze to cool the room. In the sleep house, there is a queen size bed, full bathroom, and A/C. Down a short path from the main cottage is a sundeck with steps down to the beach below. The sundeck is equipped with Adirondack furniture and is a wonderful place to spend late afternoons with a glass of wine or early mornings watching the sun rise, listening to the ocean waves.

Our oceanfront Bahamian cottage, Sea Loft, is located along the Queen's Highway on the ocean side of Elbow Cay, just south of Hope Town. It sits high on a ridge with beautiful views and access to the beachfront, as well as harbour access for a boat on the back side of the house. The Atlantic Ocean borders the cottage on the east side and Nigh Creek, just off the harbour, borders the west side with a private dock. The cottage is located centrally on the island, just a few minutes walk to the village.
