Welcome to your dream vacation up north, where you can truly sit back and enjoy the 'M-22' state-of-mind. This cozy cottage is set off the main-road with 100 feet of private lakefront property. View beautiful sunrises across Lake Leelanau as you enjoy a cup of coffee each morning on the deck.

This property features a spacious front yard with fire ring for nights of bonfires and memories. Dock extends into water for sun bathing, fishing and boating. The cottage includes two bedrooms with double beds, and a full-sized futon/couch that sleeps 1-2. The interior has been completely renovated and is bright and clean. The kitchen is fully-equipped - no need to bring any kitchen items with you. Newly remodeled and updated bathroom. Electric Grill provided. New flat screen television and DVD player with many movies provided. Brand new deck with pergola added this summer facing the lake.

This cottage is turn key - the only things you will need to bring are towels, sheets, and food!

Swimming is shallow and gradual. The lakefront has a beautiful firm, sandy bottom, and the water is warm and crystal clear as the lake is spring fed.

This is a gorgeous scenic lake that is 23 miles in length. Popular for its good fishing: walleye, small mouth, perch, rock bass, and brown trout. Take a boat ride up the lake to the town of Leland or Lake Leelanau for dining and shopping. Several sand bars in the water for tying up and swimming around.

About The Owner

We currently live in the Grand Rapids area and have a number of family and friends in the M-22 area. We absolutely love Leelanau County! There is so much to do and see here, we know you will have a vacation to remember.

The Owner purchased this cottage in 2010

Centrally located in Leelanau County, a quick drive to the following: Suttons Bay, Empire, Leland, Glen Arbor and Traverse City. Close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Pierce Stocking Drive, Empire Bluffs, Fish Town, and more. Right in the heart of Wine Country.

we realy enjoyed the cottage. everything we needed was there.the place is in a great location on the lake, fishing was fantastic .hope to stay there again.we realy enjoyed the fires at night.what a great place to relax.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
