We know our Villa located 3.5 miles from Disney's doorstep will be the perfect fit for you and your family. We strive on one main item that many villa's do not, keeping it clean. When you walk into a villa you want to feel like its your home, clean and comfortable and unlike many other's that is how we run our villa. Our villa also includes a fenced in 26' pool with a jacuzzi which allows you to spend time with your family for hours that is completely private from any neighbors. If you are able to pull yourself away from the pool/jacuzzi the villa includes a game room, with a pool table, table tennis, an electronic basketball game, and x-box 360. There are many books, DVDs and board games for your entertainment. The home has an open floor plan which allows for plenty of room for all members. There is a park directly around the corner for the children to play and if you would like to take a ride, there are many shops, restaurants, and family fun 1 mile away.

The villa has a large lounge area, well equipped kitchen and dining room. There are 4 bedrooms 2 of which are en-suite with full baths, and a covered lanai and pool area. The Villa is fully furnished and air conditioned and the garage has been fitted as a game room with a full size pool table, electronic basketball game, Table Tennis table-top (for on top of the pool table), TV/VCR/DVD and Xbox 360. There are also a selections of DVDs, Videos and Xbox 360 games for all of our guests to enjoy.

The villa is an open plan with patio doors leading out to the screened in pool and covered deck area. The yard is also completely fenced in for privacy. All doors to the pool are alarmed for safety. Outside by the pool is a BBQ grill.

As well as the 'cool' facilities like the pool and TV/VCR/DVD players we also provide the following essential equipment

The Indian Creek community includes basketball and tennis courts. Also around the corner from the villa is a public park that includes soccer nets and a playground.

Great Villa, clean, well equipped, great location

This is the first time we used HomeAway and we were pleasantly surprised.
the Villa looks exactly like the pictures, and everything is very clean and homey. There even was a "sanitary ribbon" on each of the toilets, so we know it was cleaned just fir us..
We loved the pool, loved the proximity to the parks. All the baby stuff (crib, monitor, high chair) were clean and ready to use. I only wish someone had opened the baby crib for us, because it was hidden in a closet, and it took us two days to find it.
My daughter loved the private pool and the play room so much, she kept asking us to go back to the villa, while we were in magic kingdom.

We will diffidently come back to this villa next year and will diffidently use HomeAway again.

Clean, Comfortable and Great Location

This home was everything I had hoped for. Well-maintained, very clean, and comfortable after a day at the parks. Great for families as everything you will need is there in great working condition. The home is a very short drive to restaurants, grocery stores as well as Disney and other attractions.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

Just returned from a fantastic holiday stay in Florida at the Villa with 3 generations of the family. Got to say that the Villa is everything we had hoped for and more. After a long hot day out it was a pleasure to return to the first class accomodation, with facilities for all ages. Location is excellent for the parks as well as a number of first class eating establishments. We would certainly look to use the villa again on any return visit. Thanks Vinny for helping us have a special holiday.

Had a fantastic time at the sunshine villa. The rooms were all beautifully furnished and the pool and jacuzzi were just what we needed after a day in the parks. The kids loved the games room and the pool table was even better than the pub tables at home. If you are looking for a villa which is close to attractions then look no further get it booked now.

Fantastic 2 weeks spent in Florida at Vinnys Sunshine Villa, We had booked with the previous owners but were reasured by Vinny that all would be the same if not better under the new ownership, He was right, both families had a fantastic & busy 2 weeks taking in the wonders of Florida. The villa has all you could need to make your stay more than comfortable. Under 10 mins from Animal Kingdom & all the orlando parks within about 30 mins max make this villa ideal to explore the area.We will all be back in the future.
Many thanks and we would not hesitate to recomend the Villa to friends & family.
