The laundry room is in the common area and for owners and renters. The condominium manager is on site and available to assist you.

We had an incredible week at Los Balcones!

The views are amazing, the condo is a short walk to all our favourite spots in town including the main beach. There's also a great quiet beach just down the path. We brought a laptop and never had problems with the internet. We spent most of our time (when we were in that is) on the balcony listening to waves, watching boats go by, surfing the net, having a few drinks. Parking is good and safe (we didn't have a car, but the Jolly Roger let us use their golf cart for the week because they new the parking lot was secure).
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
