The Villa Le Botti is ideal for a holiday in Chianti, near Florence, it is an elegant and charming farmhouse surrounded by the Tuscan countryside. The estate may accomodate up to 16 people . Guests have a private swimmingpool at their disposal with WHIRLPOOL and COUNTER-CORRENT SWIMMING. The rooms are furnished in a fine style as well as the rest of the villa, with furnishings of prestige. Around the villa is a beautiful park, typical of the Tuscan countryside, fenced with private car parking; from the garden you may access to a nice path for walking. Inside the structure there is also a terrace-solarium exclusive for our guests with stunning views on the Chianti hills and a nice loggia (roofed) for dinners! Wi-Fi Internet. Cooking classes and dinners may be organized on request.

General Description: Our Villa Le Botti is the typical Tuscan Country estate of the Chianti hills. It has been recently restored preserving the original structure. The estate consists of a VILLA that sleeps 12/14 people with a COTTAGE/depandance next to it that may sleep up to 2 more people. In total, our estate may accommodate up to 16 people. We like to underline that WE ONLY RENT THE ESTATE TO ONE SINGLE GROUP AT A TIME, regardless of whether you rent the villa plus the cottage or the villa only.

In the main villa you do not need air conditioning because it is very fresh on Summer due to its thick walls, however there are fans in case you like to keep more fresh your days and nights. The Cottage instead has AIR-CONDITIONG.

More in deep: The main villa is made of 3 double-bedrooms and 2 triple bedrooms (each one with 1 double-bed plus 1 single-bed). At the upper floor you have a studio that may be organized as a 6th bedroom, having a double-sofa-bed . For families with small children, we can provide baby-beds and one baby-high-chair, all for free. In the villa you also have 6 bathrooms (one per each bedroom plus another bathroom), a large hall/entrance with a black grand piano that leads you to a wonderful dining-room with fireplace and a large table able to sit 18 people.Next to the dining-room there is one living-room with sofas and TV-Sat.Next to the dining-room there also is a large kitchen fully equipped (also with dish-washer, microwave, washing-machine, oven, fridge, freezer, 4 rings-stove, kettle, toaster, Italian-Moka-Coffee-Machine, American-Coffee-Machine, Italian-Espresso-Coffee-Machine from the famous brand LAVAZZA).The COTTAGE next to the villa, with Air Conditioning, is a large suite made of 1 double-bedroom, 1 full bathroom, 1 living-area.

MORE DETAILS: The Villa is covered with WI-FI Internet Connection: 50 Euro/week per unlimited usage!

All the windows have screens in order to protect against insects. Fans in the villa.The villa has also a large roofed loggia or veranda equipped with tables and chairs in order to eat or relax open-air. In the garden surrounding the villa there are also sun-beds and many umbrellas. The garden is also equipped with a barbecue area. Our guests may enjoy in FULL PRIVACY the swimming-pool with WHIRLPOOL and COUNTER-CORRENT SWIMMING SYSTEM. The swimmingpool is 10 metres long (32,81 feet long) and 5 metres large (16,41 feet large). The swimmingpool is 150 centimetres deep (4,92 feet deep).

The nearest village is located 1 km far and it is called MONTAGNANA. There you may find a small market/grocery-shop, a restaurant, two bars and two pizzerias. The nearest small town is MONTESPERTOLI,at 6 km. The nearest TENNIS courts (red hearth) are 1 km far!

Our Villa is located 20 km far from Florence, 45 km far from Siena and 60 km from Pisa. We are in true Chianti, and we will be glad to inform you on trips around visiting the cozy medieval Chianti villages.

Around the villa is a beautiful garden, typical of the Tuscan countryside, fenced with private car parking; from the garden you can have access to an optimal path for walking for about one kilometre in the Chianti greenery.

Present inside the structure also a terrace - solarium exclusive for our guests with stunning views of the hills of the Chianti and Tuscany. WI-FI in all the Villa. SWIMMINGPOOL WITH WHIRLPOOL!!!

    • For guests staying 14 (or 21 nights): they are also obliged to pay the costs for changing all the bed-linens and towels used (15 Euros per each bed; 20 Euros per each bathroom, so for each full set of towels).
    • Internet Wi-Fi: Euro 50 per week per unlimited usage
    • Coffee-capsules for LAVAZZA espresso machine: Euro 0,80 each (1 capsule = 1 espresso).

Villa Le Botti - What a Find!

My husband rented Villa Le Botti for my 60th birthday celebration. Our party consisted of 8 adults (4 couples). I had painted a picture in mind of what I expected to find in such an experience and let me tell you that Villa Le Botti exceeded my expectations. Emilio, the property manager, was there to great us when we arrived, helped with luggage, made sure we were settled and happy with the place. The villa was immaculantly clean. You walk into a foyer with a grand piano and couches. To the back of this is a large, well equiped kitchen with the laundry room off of it. To the right of the foyer is a large cozy living room and to the back of this is a table that seats 18 people comfortably. Upstairs there is a large foyer with 2 bedrooms to the left and 3 to the right. All bedrooms have large wardrobe closets and their own appointed full bathrooms. You cannot open a window without having a beautiful country side view of vineyards and olive trees. On the 3rd floor is a crows nest with panoramic windows for viewing the countryside, reading a book, just relaxing. Between the main villa and the cottage (has 2 extra rooms you can rent) there is a large patio area with tables/chairs. We spent a lot time here at night listening to music, drinking wine, enjoying each others company. About 50 feet from the villa is the large pool. From its deck there is an amazing view of all the rolling country sides and beautiful sunsets. The most wonderful thing that happened to us in Tuscany, was finding Laura as our chef. Emilio recommended her. She cooked for us the weekend we arrived and it was so mouth watering that we asked her to come back on the last night we were there. It was such a special experience having her cook for us. We wanted to bring Laura home with us! Believe me she is wonderful and if you visit this villa you must ask for her. We visited Siena, San Gimignano, Florence, Monteriggioni, and Greve on day trips. Greve has an amazing wine tasting room with 110 Italian wines represented. There is a town called Lamole a short ways from Greve with a beautiful restuarant on top of the hill overlooking all of Tuscany with amazing sunsets. Had my birthday dinner here. Montesportolli is the closet biggest town to the villa and it is has most of what you will need. Drop by the Castello Sonnino Winery and you will not be disappointed. We have been to Italy before - but not like this. It was a trip of a life time! Thank you Marco & Gloria for sharing it with us.

Just imagine: waking up in the morning, opening the windows, hearing the birds singing, just walking out of the door, taking a bath in the swimmig-pool in the total silence around, just the voice of nature...this is just to give you an idea of the fabolous vacation me and friend had on August at Villa Le Botti...not to speak about the great help and kindness we received from the owner, Marco, and mainly from Emilio, who speaks a better English and is really giving good advices to discover the best of Tuscany, that is really at reach, being 25 minutes far from Florence, 50 minutes far from Pisa or Siena, and also Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra... . Marco presented us a lots of bottles of wine, too! Just a great relaxing holiday! THANKS TO THE LEONORI's family!!!
