Beautiful home with your dream kitchen, this single family home with private pool is less than a 1/2 block from beach and the popular Wanna Wanna beach bar & grill. Flat screen TVs, DVD with movies and XBox with games for indoor entertainment. Enjoy the outdoors by playing in the private pool or taking a boogie board to the beach for a ride. When it is time to relax, settle down with a book on the wrap-around deck or enjoy a cold beverage at the pool. When it is time to eat, enjoy one of the many restaurants on the island or host a barbeque on the deck. This house has something for everyone in the family.

About Todd

We now live in San Antonio and always wanted a home on the Beach. A few years ago, the prices of homes on the island dropped enough for us to make it happen. After a long year of demo / remodeling every weekend, we finally realized our dream. Now we rent the home out during the summer months and enjoy it for ourselves in the fall.

Todd purchased this house in 2010
Why Todd chose South Padre Island

This home had great bones. It was setup to be a great home, but had not been updated in probably 25 years. It was cute with nice yard and pool (the things that are difficult to change). The inside was filled with old furniture, old cabinets and flooring that was not installed correctly. All of these items were cosemtic and we were able to make it like home.

What makes this house unique

Nothing stands out about our home other than it really is a home. We remodeled and decorated to match our home in San Antonio. it is fully equipmed with everything you use at home. Of course the private pool is great as well.

Come enjoy all that South Padre has to offer. Choose from exciting sports like wind surfing, jet ski rentals, fishing, take it easy with a dolphin tour or read a book on the beach. This home is on the beach side of the island, just a 1 minute walk to the beach. Walk to the many of the attractions on the island such as the beach, restaurants or the movie theater.

Beautiful house, located next to Wanna Wanna Bar. 2 minute walk to beach! The house was decorated beautifully and the private pool was fantastic! It was great to wake up in the morning and take a swim before hitting the beach!

Our Fourth of July Stay

We stayed at this property the first week of July. My family and myself enjoyed it very much! My 3 year old grandson kept saying was that our new house. The amenities and location were excellent. Todd was awesome and made sure everything went smooth for us. It is just down the street from the beach and the pool was relaxing and fun. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for the perfect home. Thank you Todd and Kim and we are thinking of making it for two weeks next year.

We arrived to a very nice, clean property!! This property was very comfortable, accomodating & relaxing for everyone. It is centrally located & close to many restaurants with walking distance to the beach and Wanna Wanna's Restaurant & Bar on the beach. However, if you prefer to prepare a meal, the kitchen comes equipped with everything you need!! We were looking for a place with a private pool & this house was perfect. Todd was extremely helpful & prompt to answer any questions. We have vacationed many years & different places on South Padre Island and we would highly recommend this vacation rental property!! Look forward to a repeat visit to this property. Thanks again Todd & Kim!!

Perfect stay

We stayed at the beach house for my sons graduation. Todd was extremely helpful with all the bookings and it was a pleasure dealing with him. The house is in an excellent location with access to the beach and in walking distance to local restaurants and bars. The house was very much a home from home with all the amenities you would want and after a very long tiring flight from England it was great to walk in to. It was clean and tidy and furnished to a high standard. The pool is an excellent size and it was nice to come back from the beach and cool off with a swim. The balcony being all around the house was nice too and the free wifi was excellent and meant we could keep in contact with our family back home. We really enjoyed our time at the house and we were sad to leave. Thank you Todd for making it a great stay with lots of good memories we will treasure.
