Best place even if you are first time in New York!

I really like this apartment and Sugar Hill neighborhood! My family is visiting me from Singapore and this is the first time they are in New York City. Michael welcomed us warmly and he also provided maps to teach my family on how to use the subway and places to visit in NY. This place is really spacious and it is also very comfortable. Everything in the house is just perfect; from the artistic paintings & decorations, to the modern amenities, which really make this place shines. Moreover, we have everything we need, from WIFI to washing machine and dryers. Nearby, there are convenient stores, supermarket and Starbucks. There is also a subway station (4 lines!) just around the corner, where you can take the express trains to uptown or downtown.

I will definitely recommend my friends to stay here when they visit NYC!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated, comfortable home away from home. It was easy to find just about anything we needed within a block or two, the subway and cabs are accessible practically right outside the front door, yet still, it's quiet and cozy. The owner/manager is very welcoming and attentive. We plan to return.

We stayed in the apartment above this one, on the top floor of the brownstone, but Michael allowed us to leave our luggage in this apartment for several hours after we needed to clear out of the upper floor for new guests but didn't haven't a flight until evening. We loved our upstairs apartment and were very pleased with it, but this place blew it away. He took us on a tour of this gorgeous, 2 story apartment and it was really fantastic! These pictures don't begin to do this apartment justice. The space, the soundproof walls, the decorating - all truly fabulous! Would want to come back to NYC just to stay here.
