Photos and Description of the Alanya area vacation house rental

We offer semi-detached houses in midst of flowers situated in a small and well cared area of vacation villas directly at the sandy beaches of Incekum (Avsallar). Here also kids are welcome. It takes you 150 feet (50 m) through a small park to get to the beach without having to cross a public road. On your way to the beach you pass the common terrace with a wonderful view over the sea. On the beach you have free access to loungers, sunshades, and a changing room with a douche. Your house is only 600 feet (200 m) away from the new town centre with pedestrian area, and many shops, restaurants and cafés. To the Dolmus (minibus) station it takes only 300 feet (100 m). During summer minibuses to Alanya (20 km, 13 mi) are available until 2 a.m. and to Manavgat (50 km, 32 mi) until midnight. Thus there is no need to hire a car! Of the same type of houses we offer a luxurious version (house No. 27) and with the first rentals starting 04.02.2007 a a more economic version (house No. 10).

You are looking for something more economic? Starting February 4th – after its complete renovation - we let unit No. 10, which is of the same layout, however more simply renovated. In addition to its 65 m² on 2 levels the house provides a partly roofed terrace of 12 m² and a roofed terrace of 9 m² with an open grill/fireplace. Its kitchen is fully equipped providing microwave oven, gas stove with 4 burners, large refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, and dining table. 2 steps downward in the sitting room you find a 2 seats- and a 3 seats sofa surrounding a coffee table, the latter being extendable to an additional twin-bed. The satellite TV provides most of the European TV programs. On the 1st floor you will find the bath room, a sleeping room with small balcony, a sleep balcony and an additional balcony of 9 m².

Incekum (Avsallar) is a well-known resort favoured for its shallow sandy beaches. It is situated about 13 mi (20 km) west of Alanya. The old village is situated on the last hills of the Taurus mountains about 1.3 mi (2 km) off the beach. On the beach you will find numerous hotels, but only some vacation villas. The new town centre with pedestrian area, bank, money change offices, townhall, school, market place and mosque is placed between these two areas. Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, Konya, and Mersin are at easy reach via lond-distance coaches. Dolmus (minibuses) run every 20 minutes (in summer) to Alanya until 2 a.m. and to Manavgat until midnight. Thus you are completely mobile, even without a car.

Additional information about rental rates

  • In addition the following fees apply and have to be paid to our local caretaker: electricity: 0,225 YTL (approx. 0,125 €) per kWh; water: 1,50 YTL (approx. 0,81 €) per m³; final cleaning: 80,00 YTL (approx. 43,00 €). On your arrival you will have to deposit 80,00 YTL plus 5,00 YTL per day of your stay. On leaving this deposit will be set against the costs for final cleaning and your consumption of water and electricity.
  • Early bird's discount: In case a rental contract is signed and a down-payment of 10% has been transferred by December 31st 2006, all stated prices are discounted by 5 € per day, i.e. for example 30 € instead of 35 €. Transfer: If wanted, our housekeeper can organise a taxi transfer from and to Antalya airport. The 2-way costs are approximately 100 €. Please ask for your transfer latest 14 days before your arrival.
  • As a special service for guests with late arrival our housekeeper offers a breakfast package for the 1st morning of your stay. The package will include: 125 g butter, 1 L milk, 1 small cup of jam, 1 small package sugar cubes, 2 rolls and 1 egg per head, and 1.5 L mineral water per 2 heads. It will be in the refrigerator at your arrival. For 2 persons the price is 13,00 YTL (approx. 7,00 €); and for any additional person 3,50 YTL (approx. 1,90 €) on top.

Pillow, coverlet and linen have to be brought by you.

Exceptional site: Since 3 years the beaches of the Turkish Mediterranean coast are exclusively reserved for hotels; new private villas are not allowed. Our vacation villa therefore is one of the exceptional opportunities to have holydays in a private home directly on the beach.

Additional services: Our housekeeper offers the following additionals services: Provision of breakfast for the day of arrival or the morning thereafter (of special interest in case of late arrivals). Additional changes of bed-linen or additional charwoman's services. Private guided tours. (Please ask for prices)

Long-term rentals: If you would like to rent the house for at least 3 months, the following monthly rates apply: House No. 27 (luxurious): January and February 2007: 350 EUR, March to April 2007: 450 EUR, May and June 2007: 550 EUR, July and August 2007: 650 EUR, September and October 2007: 450 EUR, and November 2006 to February 2008: 350 EUR. House No. 10 (economic): For this more simply furnished house the monthly rates are lower by 100 €, however only by 50 €, if you are a group of 5 or 6 people.

Gundula Müller aus Lehrte: Dieses war bereits der 4. Sommer, den ich in Avsallar verbracht habe, aber so schön habe ich noch nie gewohnt! In dieser kleinen familiären Anlage hat es mir gut gefallen, die Beschreibung des Hauses trifft absolut zu. Der Verwalter Ahmet und der Gärtner waren jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist zentral, aber doch sehr ruhig und es gab keinen Kampf um die Reservierung der Liegen vor dem Frühstück. Ich hoffe, dass ich 2006 wieder dort wohnen kann und einen günstigen Flug erwische. Vielen Dank für den gelungenen Urlaub! *** Ingeborg Seidl aus München: Wir waren die ersten Gäste im Ferienhaus und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und sauber und das Meer ist gleich vor der Türe. Das Haus ist wunderbar eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl dort. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir wollen wiederkommen und bitten alle Mieter, das Haus gut zu behandeln, damit es ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen bleibt.
