This is a beautiful 5 year old story and a half brick home situated in Farmington, MO with the back of the house facing the 11th fairway of the Crown Pointe Golf Club. The house is tastefully decorated and has all the upgrades you would expect including granite and stainless in the kitchen, hardwood flooring throughout the first floor, gas fireplace, big screen tv's, beautiful master bath with jetted tub, large covered porch and patio in back.

This would be perfect for a golf outing, and visits to some of Missouri's finest winery's and state parks.

I am retired and live with my wife in this property a portion of the year.

The Owner purchased this house in 2006
Why The Owner chose Black

This home is a great place for golfing enthusiast. The golf course if beautifully maintained and the green fees are very reasonable.

What makes this house unique

We love to visit the winery's and state parks. Johnson shutins, Elephant Rock, and St. Joe State park are among those we visit. The winery's are a 20 minute drive and boast some of Missouri's finest wines.

This is a charming home. Very comfortable and perfect for our needs. The back porch was my favorite place to sit and visit. We would definitely stay here again.
