This family friendly complex at Isla Margarita consists of 10 townhouses. Approximately 200 meters from the center of Playa El Agua with cafes, supermarket, restaurants, car-rent, travel agents and more. Furthermore, just 150 meters from the most popular beach at the island, Playa El Agua.

High standard and fully equipped townhouses, balcony and terrace, large swimming pool and BBQ facilities. Cable-TV and free WiFi connection to Internet on the whole area. 24 hours security, electric gate and protected parking.

House description

Ground floor: Living room, dining area for 6 people, well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and microwave oven. Bedroom-1 with two single beds, bathroom, private backyard and also a green area in front of the house. Washing machine in separate room in the backyard.

First floor: Main bedroom with double bed (queen size) and direct access to own balcony.

This is probably the nicest and most modern rental solution in Playa El Agua area.

My husband, myself and our nine year old daughter stayed at the Playa el Agua Country Club and were impressed with the entire complex. The townhouse was spacious and well equipped for our 10 week stay. The grounds were immaculately kept and the pool and surrounding area were clean and inviting. The staff truly made our stay extra special. They were at all times personable, friendly, and always willing to answer any questions we had about the island. We always felt safe in the area and walked to the nearby beach and neighboring restaurants even in the evening. The owner was very accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone, whether a short term or long term stay. We definitely will be returning in the future.

We spent 9 nights here, 3 adults and two teenagers. The penthouse was perfect, felt very secured and the staff was very helpful and kind. The area was very quiet and not far from either beach nor restaurants. The pool area was a good compliment to the nearby beach. In the middle of the day it was to hot to be outside and then it was so good to enter the air-conditioned apartment. Highly recommended place to stay...
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Very pleased with this property. It was a nice and comfortable townhouse and very close to the El Agua beach and the nice restaurants and bars. The owner is very professional and responsive. The admin, Ms. Osmary was very accommodative and friendly and the property was resonably priced and very secure. Excellent overall experience and highly recommended. Medy
