As an airline family, we travel A LOT! We have come to appreciate the advantages of renting from owners and use Vacation Rentals By Owner, (VRBO), for our own travel planning. We understand the 'business' of rental by owner from both sides and bring that understanding to bear on the needs and concerns of our guests.

It was important to me to be on a real resort. Staying in residential complexes just lacks that special 'get away' feel and can't provide the range of amenities of a Resort. Our units have balconies that actually hang over the water of the lake. You can fish straight down! That unique feature brings guests back, time and again. Our location adjacent to a marina, and with a wide expanse of waterfront acreage and amenities to roam, makes us unique on Lake Conroe, and even among vacation spots in general.

What makes this condo unique

We love watching the sun rise, from our balcony, and set, from poolside. With the resort occupying the entire peninsula, it means 'all waterfront, all the time'. Even the basketball court, lighted tennis courts, and kid's park are waterfront! We love being next to the marina, with it's free boat launching and availability of over-night dockage, complete with water and electric to every slip. The fishing from the balconies is quite good and provides something kids and older adults can do with safety and comfort. We know we are 'a best kept secret', here at Seven Coves, but, we love to share our quiet little lake spot with our guests.

I wanted to drop you a quick note to let you both know what a wonderful time we had on our trip. The condo was perfect for a family, and the kids had a blast running around fishing and swimming. Their favorite part of the trip was boating with Josh. I had the opportunity to join them for a bit on day two along with the baby, and Josh was fantastic. He was great with the kids, and really showed them all a fabulous time. He's a neat young man...you two have done a great job. :)

Had a great weekend getaway!

We rented two side-by-side units amongst 3 families and had so much room and lots of fun. Loved that the kids could fish off the balcony while we could play cards and relax without having to sit out in the sun all day with them. We brought our boat and could take turns cruising around the cove while others could watch from the balcony. It was a truly wonderful and relaxing weekend and we'll be back.

Wow! Wonderful view, very nice condo, all needs anticipated! Great for a fun family experience! We even caught fish off the balcony. Can't wait to come back next year to the same condo.
