Within the lush borders of this sprawling tropical paradise, families are delighted year after year with exceptional service and amenities that only a five star hotelier is poised to provide.

I just wanted to throw out a quick review about Maui Resort Realty and their oceanfront Ocean Club property at the Marriot hotel on Kaanapali Beach in Maui. These guys did an amazing job getting our reservation completed and rest assured, you will have no problems when dealing with this company. I know it's a bit nerve racking when you're booking a stay months in advance, for a place that's thousands of miles away, and you have to pay for it in full before you arrive, but these guys did a great job and our stay was truly wonderful and everything went perfectly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Chris, Larry, and Isaiah from Maui Resorts Realty were always in touch, available to answer any and all questions, and made it easy to get this vacation booked. The property lies at the west end of the resort closest to the beach break and Whaler's Village and provides the residents with ample barbeques and a separate pool away from the main pool. It's perfectly located on the beach and the villa itself is very nice, very clean and decorated to the nines!! If you get the opportunity to work with this company and stay at this wonderful oceanfront villa, I would highly recommend it. Two thumbs way up!! Mahalo Guys!!
My friends and I are frequent travelers in the US and Europe. There were six of us on this trip to Maui and it was the first for all of us. This condo was located in the Napili Tower and was absolutely spectacular. The ocean front views are incredible. Located on the 7th floor., there was plenty of room for us to spread out and everyone had their own bathrooms. And we all discussed how comfortable the beds were. At this time of the year no air conditioning was required. We opened the sliding doors and left them open for our entire stay. And we had the perfect view from the ocean facing lanai. There were so many whales, we saw them from morning until night. I am sure the neighbors were so tired of us yelling and cheering every time one breached of jumped out of the water. We cooked dinner in several nights and one night had friends who had sailed in from Molokai eat with us. So 10 people and we were able to find enough place settings, glasses and silverware. We needed a couple extra pans and I called downstairs and they brought 2 up for us. The resort has lots to do for families. There were so many families with kids and although we didn't have children with us, there was enough to do that there was no intrusions. We walked to black rock several times to snorkel and saw many sea turtles right up close. We also went up above Kapalua to Honolua Bay to snorkel and it was a different kind of snorkeling with lots of coral. We ate lunch at The Gazebo after our Honolua snorkeling which was great food and they served enough that we had it for breakfast for the next two days. Aloha Mixed Plate in Lahaina was reasonable and very good food. We also had lunch and dinner at Leilani's On the Beach which is on the boardwalk near Whalers Village and has the best fish tacos. The resort restaurant Grille and Tap was expensive but had good food. The cheeseburgers there were so, so good.
Maui Resort Realty was fabulous to work with. They were informative, helpful, say to work with and kept communicating throughout the entire process.
A once in a lifetime experience!
We had never been to Hawaii--let alone Maui--before and were taking our teenagers for Spring Break. With apprehension, we rented this Villa sight unseen from Maui Resort Realty. Well--when we arrived we were absolutely blown away by the beauty and size of this villa! We had two lanais--one directly facing the beach, the other the beautiful pool area. At night we could leave the lanai doors open and listen to the surf. We would definitely try to rent this villa again! THANK YOU MAUI RESORT REALTY!! Jan and Brian
We had a family vacation in a 3 bedroom condo at the Marriott Ocean Club, Napili tower and it was heaven! What a fabulous unit, and the views couldn't have been better. The folks at Maui Resort Realty were absolutely the best to deal with--responsive and friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, including providing us with amenities that made our stay so much more comfortable. This was the best place to stay and we had the most seamless experience.
Our Lahaina Tower condo was perfect. Ground floor, ocean-front. Immediately outside our patio door was a pleasant grass lawn, many lounge chairs (and not all taken), and the beach and pool were both within 50 yards. Easy access to parking and the tennis court. Slept 6 with ease and quiet. Never heard a sound from the neighbors. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the one thing missing (frying pan) was brought immediately. The master bathroom was a real pleasure, and we are very spoiled. The surrounding Kaanapali area is phenomenal. We have been there many times and will never tire of it. You can stroll along the beach walk to more restaurants and shops than you could ever need, yet your area is quiet. There's just nothing to complain about.
Just finished a Thanksgiving week stay in a 3br oceanfront unit at Marriott's Ocean Club on Kaanapali Beach -- it couldn't have been better. The mechanics of the rental process could not have been easier -- Larry from Maui Resort Realty got us squared away with the deal a few weeks in advance...then check in was at the front desk, and the rest of the process was seamless!
Unlike condo-hotel properties where guests who rent from anyone other than the management company are treated as second-class citizens (like Honua Kai, where they literally won't even give you towels at the pool if you're booked through VRBO or a private owner), there is NO distinction with the Marriotts. You get hustled a couple times by the timeshare guys as you walk pas their kiosks....but it's pretty non-invasive.
As for the unit -- we were on the 10th floor, ocean front. The unit was insane -- dead-on ocean front, and from the Lahaina Tower (the farthest South, newest tower), we could see from black rock to lahaina (actually to Molokini, off in the distance). And the building is so close to the water -- i felt like we were looking straight down on the beach. Great balconies, huge unit (1800' i think), great kitchen, very clean, new, etc.
We've been to Maui 10+ times, and have stayed all over the kaanapali area. I can say that -- at least for our family -- the marriott was 2nd to none, and Maui Resort Realty did a great job.
