Townhome, 3 Bedrooms + Bunk Area, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 15)

Our town home is situated in a private setting, nestled behind a private pond. This residence is located on the free ski shuttle route and is a short walking distance to town. If you are looking for a spacious mountain home feeling, this is the place for you.

Our home is perfect for families traveling together or by themselves. Our kitchen has granite countertops, and all the amenities you will need. The open main living space includes a large screen TV. with surround sound and DVD player and a pull-out couch. The expandable dining table can comfortably sit 8 and can extend to seat 12. The main floor master bedroom has a comfortable King sized bed with private bath and walk-in closet. The third floor consists of two bedrooms and a loft area with a day bed with trundle to sleep two extra if needed. Each of the two bedrooms has a private bath. One of the bedrooms has a queen and a twin sized bed. While the other bedroom has a queen. On the entry floor, we have a spacious bunk room/play room that can sleep 6 people in beds and two more on a pull-out.

Just as the Description says this beautiful townhome was very "Family Friendly" and extremely well furnished. The photos show just a small glimpse of the amenities provided. This townhome is spacious and accommodating for large groups but also private and luxurious enough for two or a few. This is more like your "home" away from home than a rental. I am very particular and picky when it comes to staying in rental properties, and this home was extremely clean and well maintained. The beds were as comfortable as my own and the rest of the living space/kitchen and family areas are ideal for hanging out with your family and/or friends. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone visiting the Winter Park area as it is centrally located but more importantly is sure to please even those with the highest of standards. Awesome for Winter Vacations but I hope to go back during the summer months too!
