Venice Condo Rental Photos and Description
Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)
Location! Location! Location! It’s all about the location when you are looking for a vacation condo rental. This Gulf Shores condo is perfectly located directly on the beach of historic Venice Island, Florida, just south of Sarasota. Walk out your condo door for a stroll on the beach to watch the boats at the south jetty, to participate in yoga, or to watch the Pelicans feeding. Or if unique shopping, enjoying a nice dinner, or lingering over a special coffee at the coffee house is on your agenda, you are only 3 blocks from charming downtown Venice. For those interested in some cultural activities, Venice has the largest community theater in the nation, its own symphony and an art museum.
When you enter your spacious 1300 sq. foot condo on the 7th floor, your first view is the Gulf of Mexico. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, dining room, den, and kitchen provide you with all the necessities to make your vacation stay comfortable. The kitchen and both bathrooms were completely gutted and remodeled in the summer of 2011. In addition, all the furnishings were replaced to help make this vacation spot a first class retreat. Don't miss waking up each morning to enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while gazing at the gulf and the beach and listening to the sounds of the surf. It's a beach lover's paradise.

Steve and I have lived all our lives in the north but when we retired, we moved to sunny, warm Florida. We couldn't decide whether to live on a golf course or on the beach. We chose the golf course but soon decided we missed the beautiful beach. So we purchased a beach condo in Venice that has a short walk to beautiful downtown Venice. Venice offers so much and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Our condo is located on Venice Island which offers you so many exciting opportunities to enjoy the wonderful Florida weather. It's a short 3 block walk to all the amenities in historical downtown Venice and you are living right on the Gulf of Mexico which allows you to enjoy all the amenities of the beach and water. It's the perfect location.
You walk out the door of the condo to the beach and take a short stroll to the south jetty which allows boats to access the inter-coastal waters. It's fun to sit there for a while and enjoy the boats and the pelicans diving for food and the playful dolphins that are out for a cruise. You can also see the young people surfing on the waves. There's shark tooth hunting in the area too so you see many people with their sand sifters trying to find that ancient shark tooth. This is all free.
