We only stay a few days, but this house is absolutely gorgeous. The inside is well maintained, inviting, nicely decorated and has all the amenities that you need. Outside is a relaxing area with a fantastic view. We had such a great time that we are going back next year for a longer time period. Great location, it is very close to beaches, shopping, etc.

What a great time we had in this house. It is very spacious and comfortable. The patio and pool area are just gorgeous. We really hated to leave. Natasha was a joy to work with....can't wait to go back..

Terrific House

We have just returned from a two week stay at Natasha's house and we had a great time. The house is in a great location, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping are all within easy reach and the neighbourhood is quiet and feels very safe.
Everything you need is provided and the huge kitchen has high end washer, drier and enormous fridge. The outside patio area is amazing and gets the sun all day; we spent most of our days lounging by the pool.
We loved it so much we are returning for two weeks in September.

Perfect Get-Away

This is the 2nd year that our group has stayed in Natasha's beautiful home, and again, it was perfect. The home is beautifully situated on the waterway where we spent most of our time lounging poolside. The inside of the home is spacious, clean, and uncluttered and has a great layout. Thanks Natasha for another memorable vacation. We plan on coming back next year!

Good house for the money

One of the lower cost homes in this area, and well worth the money. Stayed with a total of 8 guys down for a football game, and it met our needs nicely. There are several small "Attention to detail type things" that make this house not quite as nice as many others around it, but for the price it was great.

Pros: Nice location on the canal. About 2 miles by car from the beach. Nice backyard/pool. Lots of room in the house. Spacious kitchen. Responsive owner. The separate "apartment" allowed people to find their own space when needed.

Cons:
1. Paper products....We had enough for about one night.
2. Beds and sheets. Several of the beds did not have mattress covers and the sheets were very old and worn. Felt like "college dorm" style with many beds having a worn sheet and an old blanket, vice nice sheets and comforters. Fitted sheets often came undone over the night.
3. The TV in the living room is old with dim/poor picture quality. I know most people don't go to Florida to watch TV, and we didn't watch much either, but it was almost unusable.

Overall, this is a good house for a great price. If I were going back with couples/families we might consider a nicer house for a little more money, but for a group of guys or families that want to maximize their dollar, this is a great house.

Again, the owner was VERY responsive and this is a big plus.
