Reservation Policy: : A deposit of 25%, or one night –whichever is greater– is required to guarantee a reservation. We recommend making reservations well in advance. You may call or email to authorize a credit card transaction for deposit; please confirm card#, expiration date, name as it appears on card, amount to be charged and the security code on the back of the card. Or provide us with the information when booking online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Euro card, American Express and Discover. Your credit card must be valid for your booking dates. Payment by swift transfer is also possible. The deposit will be credited to your account when it is received. The balance due for your reservation may be settled at any time during your stay, or if you prefer paid in advance. A minimum stay of 7 nights applies for all reservations. Requests for less than 7 nights may be accepted at Owners’ discretion.

Cancellation Policy: If your reservation is canceled 90 or more days prior to scheduled arrival date, your deposit, minus 10% (of the deposit) for administration charges, will be refunded. Cancellations between 90 and 45 days prior to arrival lead to forfeiture of complete deposit. Reservations canceled 45 days or less prior to arrival, and no-shows, incur a 100% cancellation penalty (all room nights charged including tax). Because we are very strict with our cancellation policy under all circumstances, we highly recommend getting travel insurance to protect you in the case it becomes necessary to cancel at the last minute.
