Lovely, immaculate, reasonably priced home in a quiet golf community

This is a welcoming house, nicely furnished and comfortable, with a private pool and great golf-course view. In the center of the house, there’s a spacious ‘great’ room that opens onto the pool. The living room, dining area and kitchen all flow together here. The high ceiling and open design make this a fun, relaxing space. The master suite is just off the great room and also opens onto the pool. The linens, towels and pillows were plentiful and of good quality (many colorful beach towels are supplied). The dishes in the house (white with clean lines) are nice as well. I appreciated the teapot!
The house is larger and nicer than the pictures show. It was immaculately clean. The neighborhood is a quiet golfing community with little traffic and nice landscaping. There’s a large Publix supermarket and a CVS drugstore conveniently located a half-mile or so from the house.
Dealing with the owners was a pleasure. They were courteous and efficient and answered emails immediately. Everything worked seamlessly. I appreciated the reasonable rental price and I especially, especially appreciated that the house was pet friendly. I recommend this house. I would rent it again with pleasure.
