This gorgeous new townhouse condominium was just finished in February 2010. It has 4 private bedrooms and 4 bathrooms surrounding a fantastic great room, dining room, and large kitchen. Sleeps 10 comfortably. 2 car garage. For those of you with little ones, we also have a toddler bed and pack & play (in addition to the 10 regular beds.) The kitchen has granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. The great room surrounds a stunning stone hearth and over-sized windows provide breathtaking views of Buffalo Mountain and the White River National Forest. The condo has radiant floor heating for maximum comfort and a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. It has a gas fireplace; secure wireless Internet access; cable TV with DVD player; stereo with iPod hookup; and humidifiers. New club house contains three hot tubs, a heated pool, a sauna, a workout room, pool table, ping pong, air hockey, arcade games, and racquetball.

We absolutely loved your home! It actually felt as though we were home, with so many wonderful amenities. The view of the mountains was fantastic from the large windows. The 'little' things made a big difference, such as humidifiers in every room, heated floors, heated garage, glove/boot dryers, more than enough towels for 10 people, and the kitchen stocked with more than just pots and pans... there were spices, oil, etc, things you forget about when you are at the store but are so thankful are already there when you start cooking. Even with 10 people, we never ran out hot water, and the set up with the bunkroom for the kids on the bottom floor was perfect for our 3 families. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a hot tub on the back porch... we definitely hope to stay there again on our next ski trip to Copper Mountain!
Numerous times during our stay did we mention how we were going to rent this place again! The views were absolutely gorgeous, and we loved the small outside open space where the kids played in the snow for hours while we could keep an eye out for them outside the windows. The space and furnishing were beautiful and comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook for two families all weekend long. We loved how the bedrooms/baths offered everyone their own space. And, the owners were terrific and understanding when we left something behind and helped us take care of it. Thanks for an incredible weekend - we will be back!!
Situated on a mountain, this house has excellent views and just minutes from downtown Silverthorne and Frisco. Took us maybe 25 minutes to get to Copper mtn or Breckenridge ski area. One of the best parts this townhome was the amount of area for the kids to sled and play in the snow. Kept them occupied for hours. The heated floors throughout the home was amazing add well. With 4 beds and 4 baths, I would recommend this property to big families or large groups.
Property was very nice. It was in a great location with very easy access to Breckenridge, Frisco, Vail. It had everything we needed in it, and the owner was very good to work with. We will stay here again in the future.
Perfect location. Centrally located to shops, restaurants and ski areas. Two families shared this home and we were very comfortable. Loved the heated floors.

Treehouse, Wildernest, Northwest, Colorado, USA (Close to Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, A-Basin & Shopping!) - It is near four world-class ski resorts (Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper, and Arapahoe Basin) and is situated close to a free Summit County shuttle bus stop for convenient access to resorts, nightlife, and outlet shopping. Vail and Beaver Creek are also just a short drive away. It is located on Buffalo Mountain and has stunning views, a great network of hiking/biking trails, tennis courts on the property.

Minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Longer stay may be required during Peak Season.
Cleaning fee of $180 is waived for stays of 5 nights or more.
Reservation / Security Deposit due upon reservation.
First half of remaining fees due 60 days prior to arrival.
Second half of remaining fees due 14 days prior to arrival.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
