This 2nd floor beachview summer vacation condo is only one property between you and the beach and sits on one of the most desired lots on the South end of the island between 37th and 38th Central Ave. It is only steps to this large beach with no street to cross. It has breathtaking ocean views and is bright, airy and immaculate. See and hear the peaceful surf in this beautifully decorated and relaxing spacious beach view home with high open cathedral ceilings, skylights & windows for extra light. It has all the conveniences and comforts of home with fully equipped kitchen w/ island & bath in Master Bedroom. There are 4 bedrooms w/ 1 new king mattress,1 new queen mattress, 4 singles and sleeps 8 max. Outside enclosed shower and roomy front & rear decks with furniture. There is street,driveway and garage parking w/ opener. Cable, DVD player in Living Room& DVD in Master bedroom.This is not your typical rental as it is only rented July & Aug. Sleeps max. 8.

Rentals available for July & Aug. 2013. All rentals include a $500 refundable security deposit. Beach tags are provided, which are to be left in the unit upon departure. There will be $25.00 deducted from security for each badge taken. No groups under 25. Absolutely no pets or no smoking. No rentals less than 7 nights. No offseason renting.

Ocean City has 8 miles of beautiful beaches and was rated one of the Best Family Beaches by the Travel Channel. The 2 1/2 miles of boardwalk is lined with shops, restaurants, movie theaters, amusement rides, mini golf courses and a water park like no other. Less than 1 1/2 miles away you can stroll or have your morning bike ride on the boardwalk which runs from 23rd to 1st. Downtown OC spans from 6 to 11th Asbury Ave. and has unique shopping, art galleries and a variety of dining. 2 miles away there is a new library and community center with fitness center, pool and cafe. 3 blocks away on 34th street you can find closer amusements, playground, tennis and basketball courts, bike rental, convenience stores, supermarket, ice cream parlors and restaurants. If you want to leave your car at home the local trolley (corner of 37th or 38th St.) runs all day through midnight from 59th St past the boardwalk all summer long.

Just spent two weeks at this property and all went perfectly. House was ready for our arrival, very clean and offered the most wonderful views of the ocean. The location is perfect - literally just steps from the beach or walk out front and jump on the trolley to take you to downtown OC or boardwalk and we avoided the hassle of parking & traffic. We also were able to walk to 34th Street to go out to dinner, run into Hoys or get some ice cream. Owner of the home was wonderful to work with and made the whole process so simple.

Relaxing home away from home

My family has been renting this home almost every Summer since it was built. Every vacation here is as pleasant as the last - relaxing and stress free. With a great view and bright, spacious accomidations there's not much else to want. The location is excellent with the advantages of beach front at a lower cost.
