About Al Dannerman

I came to Cozumel many years ago to dive and have been a resident here since the 80's. I still dive here and all over the world. My wife and I live in EL Cantil full time, with our 2 children, Emilee 3 years and Ayden 6 Weeks.

I own rental properties on the Island and the management company that is privilaged to represent the rentals at EL Cantil. My staff is onsite to attend to your needs and has an office downstairs. We hope you will come and experiance El Cantil for your next Caribbean vacation. Then you will see why we call EL Cantil home.

Why Al Dannerman chose Cozumel

The Penthouse at EL Cantil is in the New North Tower of El Cantil Condos, newly redecorated in Dec 2012.This is located in a prime area in Cozumel. I liked the fact that you need no car, it is in town, but has 600 feet of sandy beach, dive pier, and all the amenities I like to have on vacation. Snorkeling, diving right off the Sandy beach with a natural grotto, easy to get in and out of the crystal clear water. Best of both worlds, new grocery store 1 block in either direction, movies, parks, 2 gyms nearby( see concierge for special discount tickets). I would live nowhere else.

What makes this condo unique

Diving is a passion of mine, And being almost in town, I can walk anywhere with my kids. This is and always has been one of the safest family places to go in the world. The people are fantastic and accomandating. We really enjoy the new Plaza right across from the Condo and go their almost everynight. Just a great place to relax on the terrace, or hit the clubs. All right here a stones throw from my unit
