About The Owner

I came to Cozumel many years ago to dive and have been a resident here since the 80's. I still dive here and all over the world. My wife and I live in EL Cantil full time, with our 2 children, Emilee 3 years and Ayden 6 Weeks. This Penthouse unit has wider living area, high ceilings with vauted living room treatment, everything to make your stay luxurious.

I own rental properties on the Island and the management company that is privileged to represent the rentals at EL Cantil. My staff is onsite to attend to your needs and has an office downstairs. We hope you will come and experience El Cantil for your next Caribbean vacation. Then you will see why we call EL Cantil home.

Why The Owner chose Cozumel

Villa of Sweet Dreams, (Suenas Dulces) is just that. We really enjoyed building it, decorating and hope that you can come to Cozumel and enjoy 5 star living on the ocean at our home. El Cantil is in the prime location in Cozumel. I liked the fact that you need no car, it is in town, but has 600 feet of sandy beach, dive pier. All the amenities and services at my fingertips through the onsite concierge and office. Just a great place to spend that special Caribbean vacation. all the amenities I like to have on vacation but keep in touch with home with all the modern amenities it has to offer.

What makes this condo unique

Living in Cozumel, and with 2 small children, we really enjoy the people who share the island with us. The minute you enter the Property, you feel welcomed and content. We can walk anywhere on the island and feel the safety and caring of the people who live here and like nothing more then to please you and make your stay in Cozumel something to remember. The staff at El Cantil are here and serve you in the same way. Just ask!

Once again we had another excellent stay at El Cantil. This condo is immaculate and comfortable; it has all the ammentities you need and the views are spectacular. Breakfast at Prima is the perfect way to start your day, so many yummy choices and the the jugo de sandia (watermelon juice) is a delicious treat. As wonderful as the condo, Prima, the pool and beach area is, it takes a great staff to take care of everything and I can't say enough about the staff. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, you will be greeted with open arms, a welcome smile and treated like family. El Cantil has truly became our home away from home. Can't wait to come back in May!

The best place to stay in Cozumel! Exceptional location, amazing dinning experience at Prima, right on site. Walk to everything in towm, dive boat pick up on the pier for a fast run to the reefs!
If you haven't stayed at El Cantil, you are missing the most convenient locatin ever.

The listings and photos are accurate, however, the place is much more beautiful in person. The entire grounds and especially our condo were spotless. The service around the pool and in the restaurant is always spot on. I highly reccomend staying at any of the units at El Cantil, especially PHB-n Villa de Suenas Dulce. Albert and his team are on the ball and provide the best place to stay in Cozumel.

We loved our time, location and accomadations while in Cozumel. The view was spectacular and convenient to the downtown night life.
