  • The advertised rates are for our off peak season only! For information about our rates between November 1st thru May 1st (peak season) please contact us. Pay Pal is the form used for payment, if within USA the rate is 2.9% of the 50% required at booking from total price or 3.9% if outside the USA.
  • A refundable security deposit of $250 will be required at arrival which can be charged ona credit card and will fully refunded at departure once a satisfactorily inspection of the unit is made.
