This Disney area Villa is located on Highlands Reserve which is an exclusive golfing community. Our villa is privately owned and is only minutes away from the Disney World Resort in Orlando which includes the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. This Villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood with an on-site championship golf course. Our Villa accommodates up to 8 people. Set among the 554 lakes of Polk County, Highlands Reserve adjoins one of Florida's major national conservation woodlands, which is a fully protected and unspoiled nature reserve and the community nestles in beautiful rolling countryside. The 18 Hole Golf Course incorporates a snack bar, driving range, practice area and putting green. Occupants of our villa have ready access to the golf course, making it an ideal base for families, golfers and theme park visitors alike.

Family room and bedrooms have satellite TV and DVD with movies to watch.

Children's room has a Wii with games.

Washer and dryer and all linens included.

Free Hi-Speed wireless internet access.

Free local and long distance phone calls.

Private screened-in swimming pool and spa.

No pets allowed.

About The Owner

My husband and I purchased this Villa earlier this year. We have remodeled it to our standards and tastes. We hope to vacation there at least once a year.

Why The Owner chose Highlands Reserve

We had a few criterias before buying. This home has met all of them : side walks, golfing, upscale community and clean. Not to mention all the theme parks nearby. We have yet to visit the beaches close by, maybe during our next visit.

What makes this villa unique

Benefits ... lots. We can walk to the grocery store. You can pick citrus 5 minutes up the road. I can hit golf balls when I have 15 minutes. But if I have more time, I can go to the Outlet malls or one of the Disney Parks.

Thank you so much for providing us with such a beautiful villa to use for our Christmas vacation. Brent, myself and our 3 adult children(25,23,&21) very much enjoyed your lovely home. We have been to the Orlando 7 times between 1997 and this year and stayed at various accommodations, yours being by far superior to any we have had in the past. The process from our first contact with you, through the trip dealing with the pool issue was handled by you and your management in a timely and friendly manner and was appreciated. On Christmas day, I cooked a full turkey dinner and your kitchen was wonderfully equipped with everything needed. We had a really great and relaxing holiday. Thanks so much.

We truly enjoyed our villa on Prestwick Drive at Highlands Reserve from March 1 to 31st. This was our fourth year in Davenport, second time at Highlands. A big thank you to Sonia for allowing us to stay in a very clean and well-maintained home. We would definitely recommend this villa to our Canadian friends.
