Beautiful home on 10,500 sq. ft lot located just 3 blocks to beach. The backyard is impeccable with lush tropical landscaping, pool, Jacuzzi, trampoline, outdoor bar, dining tables, gas BBQ grill, refrigerator, and flatscreen TV. covered by oversized Palapa. There is also a gas firepit to enjoy at night.
The lanai area is covered and there is an outdoor dining table with seating for 8.
The home has brand new hardwood flooring throughout. There is a formal living room, dining room and den to enjoy. There are two bedrooms on the ground level, each has their own baths along with another powder bathroom downstairs. One of the downstairs bedrooms has French doors leading out to the beautiful garden. There are two bedrooms upstairs, including the master bedroom suite that has its own deck and stairs leading to the upper roof deck with views of Coronado and the downtown San Diego skyline.
This home is a dream and you will immediately feel like you are on vacation the minute you walk through the front door. Includes all beach amenities, wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, surfboards, boogie boards, towels, etc.

This house is a wonderful oasis, well appointed, well laid out and, complete with your own tropical backyard to wily away your time in. Both the kitchen and the outdoor grill area are well thought out and a joy to cook in. We took full advantage of the flawless weather and enjoyed all our meals outside, whether it was just the immediate four or a lively group of ten. The layout of the house affords everyone ample privacy with a central hub to congregate in. At one point we were two families with two small children each and greatly appreciated the two bedrooms downstairs - two bedrooms upstairs split. All the bedrooms are ensuite.
The backyard is the true star. The children (big and small) loved the sunken trampoline and the beauty of the pool can rival any boutique hotel. Whether you enjoy toasting s'mores over a fire pit, reading in a hammock or playing a game of cards with that day's bbq master, this outdoor space has it all.
The idyllic location on a quiet street allows you to enjoy the best of a beach town while still being close to all city amenities including fantastic farmer’s markets. This well cared for home, with it's gracious owners, is the perfect spot to enjoy it all from. We'll be back!
