This 1,265 square foot 2 bedroom - 2 bath 8th floor Condo has an expansive Lanai overlooking the Ocean, Beach and the grounds of the fabulous Beach Villas at Ko Olina.
This property is professionally managed by a Licensed Real Estate agent (me) who is a co owner of the property and you have my personal guarantee that I will do everything within my power to make your stay as enjoyable as I possibly can.
Our pricing is a combination of the room rate, taxes, exit cleaning fee and a resort fee. In addition, we do require an additional $1,000 deposit at the time of your reservation. Balance of the payment would be due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Prices are based on payment by check and do not include a 3% credit card / Pay Pal fee if charged. Credit Card fee is waived if just used on deposit and balance is paid by check.

Located 20 miles west of Waikiki (30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic), Ko Olina offers a restful alternative to the crowds of Waikiki and Honolulu. Close enough to drive into for adventure, but for those who would rather come home to the escape of tranquility and peace with quiet and un-crowded beaches, Ko Olina is a wonderful place to call home for a week or two.

Aloha, My name is Michael Hege' and I will be your host during your stay at Hale Nalani at the prestigious Beach Villas at Ko Olina. I am a full time REALTOR and have an ownership interest in this property. and work exclusively in the Ko Olina Market. My wife, Victoria, and I live in the resort at the Marina so we can help you make arrangements for snorkeling, diving or fishing while you are out here and will do all that we can to make you feel completely at home and to make your stay in Ko Olina as memorable as we can.

I watched the Beach Villas be built from the ground up and worked with several people who were also interested in the Beach Villas as they became finished. The Villas are unique with their location on Lagoon #2 of 4 in Ko Olina and have everything that I was looking for in a resort property.
What makes this condo unique
When we meet you at the entrance and show you around, you will feel as though you are moving into a 5 star hotel more than a vacation rental. Impeccable grounds, large numbers of staff with a concierge available for questions and services, and ourselves available for ideas of how to spend some time, I don't think you will feel like you don't know what to do or who to ask if you have any questions. The walking trails meander along the four lagoons with restaurants and watering holes along the way. At the end of the trail is the Ko Olina Marina where you can take fishing, snorkeling or diving charters as well as rent a small boat to just explore the Leeward coast. If you like to hike, Honolulu has great trails. If you like to surf, you can take lessons here or Waikiki or the Northshore. Shopping, Dining, Exploring and Relaxing should fill in your days and you may find yourselves saying... 'We hate to leave!'

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at your suite at Ko Olina beach Village last March for Spring Break.
The unit was absolutely stunning and very good value. We enjoyed the pools and beach immensely.
