In a private setting just off Rt.11 in Londonderry, Vt lies the perfect vacation home. Set on nearly 5 acres with views of Magic mountain, this 14 room home has so much to offer. There are 3 levels and a separate 'in-law' apartment over the garage. There is an entertainment room with a pool table and a large TV, 2 first floor bedrooms (one has a Stairmaster) 2 fire-placed family rooms, one with a 25' fieldstone fireplace--one of the most massive in southern Vermont! The eat-in kitchen has white oak cabinets, a center island and corian countertops. There is seating for 8 as does the nearby dining room table. The house has cable TV, internet, WiFi, washer/dryer/ironing. An elegant master suite has a marble bathroom, double sinks, heat lamp, jacuzzi tub and a double headed shower. The third floor has 4 bedrooms and two full baths. Lots of books and board games, huge outdoor deck with 2 Weber grills. Supermarket, pharmacy, hardware, video, bank, restaurants all less than 2 miles away

Winter Wonderland

This house was the perfect size and in the perfect location for a winter wonderland getaway. We were a group of 5 families, 10 adults and 8 children, and there was more room then we needed. We actually would have had room for a 6th family because we never used the in-law suite.

There was plenty to do and all very close by. We went to Magic Mountain because it was the closest, but Stratton and Bromely are only 10 minutes away as well. When we weren’t riding at the mountain, we utilized the hills on the property to sled with the kids.

The owner was delightful to work with and very responsive to any questions I had. We would definitely rent this house again and would recommend it to anybody else who is looking for a place to fit a large / multi-family group. Believe me, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing House

We rented this house for 4 nights over the Christmas vacation in 2012. We were 4 families with 16 people. The house had more than enough room to accommodate our large group. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The house was very clean and the view of Magic Mountain was beautiful. We skied at Bromley and Stratton Mountains. There was a town 2 miles away with a Supermarket. We had a wonderful time ringing in 2013 in the spectacular house with great friends. We hope to rent it again soon.

Hidden Knoll is a truly fantastic oasis in the mountains, perfect for small company retreats and the gathering of friends and family. I have rented this wonderful property since its lovely owners made it available years ago - back then for my company retreat. We have since grown beyond its capacity but now I get to bring my friends and family there instead for mini-vacations each winter. It has everything you can want indoors including plenty of outdoor space for sledding, ball playing and just having a grand old time!
