• The above rates are for the 1-bedroom condo only. For smaller or larger groups, an adjoining studio unit or a premium 2-bedroom unit is available (see listing # 172892 or # 179890 of this website) or create a deluxe 2-bedroom condo setup. If this unit is not available for your requested dates, we do have other similar units available, on this and other websites; please inquire! Aruba effectively does not have a 'low' season, because the lowest island-wide average occupancy rate at any given moment is about 55-60%, which runs from mid-April to mid-December; this is thus the so-called Mid-Season. The High-Season runs from early January to mid-April, and has an island-wide average occupancy rate of 80-90%. The Super High-Season runs basically through the holiday weeks around Christmas and New Year, from mid-December to early January, and this peak period has a historical statistic for the island-wide occupancy rate of practically 100% (especially for beachfront vacation properties!).
• The above rates are for the studio condo only. For larger groups, an adjoining Two-bedroom condo to create a three-bedroom set up, or other condos in same building are available.
