Great location- we walked to dinner each night, Jet Express to get to Kelley's Island and Put-in-Bay was right next to the building. Our fishing charter "Geno's" was 5 minutes away and Cedar Point was great. There was a band on Friday night with classic cars in town. During the week Sandusky is pretty dead.

Condo- was nice, as described. Clean/quiet. Building has many "Snow Birds". There were some twenty somethings at the pool but they were fine and not crazy.

My only complaint was that the kitchen was not nicely equipped. There were pots and an omelet skillet but no large skillet or anything to put in the oven. We use HomeAway and VRBO because we like to cook when on vacation and like to make time for it. You also need to bring paper products. They are not provided. We would have brought some cooking/paper items with us if we would have known.
