Great location, functional unit

Our stay in Fell's Point was fanastic. The Courtyard unit was clean and the perfect size for two of us. We enjoyed the small outdoor space with a table and two chairs (and white Christmas lights too!) The location listing and pictures were accurate. We enjoyed walking to the local attractions, the Cat's Eye Pub with live music, Patterson Park...and we walked to the water taxi and spent an evening in Federal Hill. I'd recommend this property and if we go back for a visit we'll be staying here again.

Another Great Weekend

This was my third time in Courtyard (plus I rented CitySide once) and had another great weekend. Friends who traveled with us booked TopSide and CityCide,so we had the whole building which was very convenient. We were walkable to the Friday evening and Saturday day events - the Kinetic Sculpture Race - on our itinerary. A short, less than $10 cab, ride for our Saturday evening plans. We've managed to find street parking within 2 blocks on every trip. We park the car when we arrive and walk/cab everywhere once in Baltimore.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great place
Small but actually plenty of room.
John was great, very attentive.
Looks like a dark alley when you first get there but is quite cozy.
Bar next door got loud on Friday night but that's part of the charm.
Great location and easy access to Fells Point Pubs.
I was in BAL for a conference at the Marriott and enjoyed the walk every morning.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Nice stay in Baltimore

My husband and I decided to visit Baltimore for the weekend and had a great time. One thing to note, only compact cars will fit in the private garage! We ended up parking a few blocks down at a public garage overnight, which wasn't a problem. The apartment was nice, had everything you could need. The bar next door was a little loud at times (people coming and going, talking outside) so we slept with the TV on all night. We did feel safe, which was a concern of ours, and walked around at night in Fells Point without problems. Go to Amicci's while you're there! A great local Italian joint.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

As close to perfect as you could hope for. Excellent value, location and space

I thought they did a fantastic job on all levels. I'd also like to address some things in other reviews, because it made me cautious about staying here. The bar that's next door was not loud and we were there for a weekend. We actually TRIED to be able to hear the music from inside the courtyard unit and couldn't. The people there were so nice and asked us to let them know if it was an issue, and you could hear it from the courtyard which we actually enjoyed. As far as everything else, the photos really don't begin to do the unit justice. I understand these old homes have smaller rooms, but when you are in the space it doesn't feel small at all. There is also a downstairs and upstairs, which I didn't realize till we checked in, so one of us could be watching TV downstairs and even with all the doors open you couldn't really hear it upstairs. The kitchen was adorable and perfectly functional, water pressure good. The Courtyard is basically private so to have your own outdoor space to sit out right in the middle of Fells Point, an easy walk to basically everything, I actually felt sorry for people staying in the local hotels with no space, no kitchen, and no outdoor space. This completely felt like living in what is a beautifully quaint, gentrified area of town. I would recommend this place above any other, and as a Baltimore native, we go back frequently, and I would probably never consider staying anywhere else. John Morgan was wonderfully communicative and tho there weren't any issues, I'm sure if there had been he would have addressed them.
