Beautiful, Upscale, Lakefront Condo in gated golf, tennis and recreational community of Cuscowilla on spectacular Lake Oconee. Perfect location for golf get away with friends or family. Golf course voted #1 Best Course You Can Play, Georgia by Golfweek Magazine and #19 Top 100 Courses in America you can play by Golf Magazine. Course and Golf House Grill open to rental guests. Several lighted hard court tennis courts and other recreational facilities within the community.

Great retreat community for a couple or small family. Two swimming pools, beach at water's edge for swimming in the lake, fishing. Opportunities available to rent bikes, jet skis, boats and kayaks. Day dock right in front of the condo if you rent or bring your own boat. Outdoor grilling area for entertaining or just eating outside by the lake. Waterside restaurant within the community open to rental guests for lunch and evening dining.

Condo is brand new, hardwood floors in living, dining and kitchen areas, stainless appliances, granite countertops, washer/dryer. Master bedroom looks out to the lake, Master Bath has jetted tub and large walk-in shower. Three hi-definition TVs with full audio system including surround sound. Walk-out patio over looks the lake and includes external stereo speakers. King bed in Master Bedroom, twin beds in 2nd bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Cuscowilla is a beautiful community, peaceful and relaxing. Lake Oconee is equally as peaceful, little to no fluctuations in water levels, unlike many other area lakes and nowhere near as crowded as other recreational locations. One visit is all you'll need to fall in love with this community and the condo.

Great Get-Away Weekend

We just got home from a great weekend at Cuscowilla. The condo was really beautiful, comfortable and had wonderful views of Lake Oconee. We enjoyed the pool, rented jet skis, grilled in the outdoor pavillion and took full advantage of our last summer weekend before school starts. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We spent two nights at this beautiful condo and had a wonderful time! The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and was in an excellent location. The condo was even prettier than in the listing photos, which is hard to believe! The owner was a pleasure to work with and provided us with great directions and all the information that we needed for our stay. We rented a jet ski, enjoyed delicious meals in Cuscowilla and Reynolds Plantation, and spent time at the pool. We highly recommend this property !

What a beautiful place!!! We just stayed there for the weekend while we were in town for a wedding..the condo was beautiful - the pictures do not do it justice! It is a great location with an easy walk out to the lake..well equipped with everything you need. The condo is beautifully decortated and extremely comfortable. The owners were very easy to work with!! We will definetly stay there again in the future!

This is a beautiful condo that is perfect 'get away' for a couple or a family vacation. It is very obvious that the owners take pride in their property with every detail taken into consideration for renters. I would definitely stay again!!
