Just Beachy is an Oceanfront vacation home located on Folly Beach. With 2,000sq ft up and 1300sqft down you and your family will have plenty of space to spread out and relax when you are indoors.
The new deck and sun deck boasts the largest deckspace on Folly Beach with plenty of lounge chairs to kick back and enjoy the sun or just sit and visit. Your home has a private walkover to the beach with outdoor shower as well.
The home has 3 king bedroom suites and a large 4th bedroom with twin beds. All beds come with top of the line bedding and mattresses to ensure you have a great nights sleep. There are Dining is available at the kitchen counter or dining room with two sitting areas upstairs as well.
The lower level of the home has over 1300 square feet of space for gaming with a wide screen tv gaming system two futons and gaming chairs in one area. Air hockey table in another area. And another room with pool table, foosball table, and darts.
You will love the house. Our family has made this our beach destination for the past 17 years. We hope you will have a great stay.
Folly Beach: Great place to hang out and relax. Laid back as it should be at the beach. We have recently updated this home with new furnishings and top of the line new mattresses on each bed to ensure you have a good nights sleep.
The home has 3 king beds and plenty of living space for everyone to spread out and rest after a day at the beach or to take a break from the fun in the sun.
The game rooms downstairs include an air hockey table and video games on a large screen TV.
Cable TVs are present in each bedroom and in most of the living areas along with wireless Internet access.

Few places in the world exist with the charm of Charleston, South Carolina. Located just 15 minutes from downtown Charleston this home is great for more than just being at the beach. Charleston has some of the best dining in the United States and has plenty of history and sites to take in as well.
The waterfront park, Patriots point, Fort Sumter, Rainbow row, and the Aquarium are just a few of the many sites to see.
If you like to shop this is a place where just about anything can be found. The Market downtown is great for walking around, sightseeing, eating, and having a good time.
James Island County Park: There are few places more romantic than Charleston SC. The home is a great place to celebrate anniversaries, take a mini moon, or commemorate other specail occasions. In the Fall and winter ask about weekend rental of the home.

Regardless of what time of the year you are coming there is always something cool to do in Charleston.
Located about 5 miles from our home is a place called James Island county Park. For a dollar per person you can enter the park and take advantage of playgrounds, walking and bike trails, fishing piers and ponds, ball fields, volleyball pits, and cookout pavilions.
For an extra fee the waterpark is a great place to take the kids if you are looking for a change up from the beach.
During the Christmas Holiday season the Park is decorated with wonderful lights that make for a great night out for the family.
